Unlike many similar services, Mail Box Store was willing to send with USPS Media Mail after careful packing. Pickup was quick and efficient, packing was excellent and the price was exceptional reasonable - they did not charge for pick-up (!), only packing and shipping.Don't outthink this. Mail Box Store provides a high level of service which has all but vanished at an exceptionally fair price. This should (and will) become your go-to company for your packing needs.”

“I moved from Doha, Qatar to Pensacola, Florida USA. At first I was a little suspicious of all shipping companies in Qatar, "Universal Relocations" included. This company really did a good job. My shipping took longer to arrive than expected but I got everything and Mohammed and his team did great. I was worried something bad was going to happen with customs or tracking once my shipment got to the USA but the company assured me that everything was ok and provided me information. Everything was packed well. They made a special box to ship a painting that I wanted to take with me and it worked out well. They were the cheapest quote I could find and I was not disappointed. “I don’t live in Essex Fells but I make sure to use their post office because the women who work there are patient, kind, polite, and professional. You’d never know if they were having a bad day because they welcome you with a warm hello and a smile. You ask a question and they don’t roll their eyes or make you feel like an idiot, unlike the people who work the counter at Caldwell and West Caldwell post offices. Recently I had the misfortune of having to go to the Caldwell post office. I was quickly reminded why I avoid that location. Keep up the good work EF!”

“I’ve always had a pleasant enough experience in this Staples, staff are nice, store is clean, but never thought about reviewing a Staples. Until Jen in the print shop caught a spelling error in some posters I was getting printed and reached out to me to allow me to get it corrected before printing. Superb service, saved me time and money and we had a good laugh about it. I’ve always used this store out of convenience, but was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and level of customer service from the crew here.”

Hands-down it’s the people in the shop that make a difference. I had such a great experience here he is now my go to for my shipping and packing. It truly makes a difference when you find yourself in the shop, having to do some thing, categorized more like a task, and somebody makes it a very enjoyable day, and we inspire with life stories, as well as the business at hand— shipping. “This guy ships packages using all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and even USPS). He has always been helpful and his pick up time by each carrier is later than most places (which means you have a greater chance of your after 5p.m. package will go out that same day with the selected courier over most other places would.I would say if I had a package that I needed shipping, he would be the guy I would drop it off to if I can't make it directly to FedEx, DHL or UPS.”
