“I stopped in to ask a question and purchased a few items on sale! It was disappointing that I wasn't able to purchase all the items I had wanted because a tag was missing. I suggested the tag of the box I bought be removed and placed on the untagged box but salesclerk said no but then after my purchase she asked for my tag and then placed it on the box. It led me to believe she purchased the box for herself.”

“My husband and I decided to invest in a Sleep Number bed and went to the Totowa store today (Sunday) instead of waiting for the Garden State location to open on Monday.
I’m incredibly glad we went here after being taken care of by Adam Sharpe the Store Manager.
His recommendations after listening to what we’re seeking [without upselling] allowed us to feel our different sleep styles can be met using the ideal combination of bed and frame. Our 4 year old daughter joined us and the store team is patient and accommodating.
Adam was also tending to incoming and returning customers, at this busy Labor Day weekend time, whilst assisting store teammates. Thanks for what you do, Adam! Wish we started with Sleep Number sooner but excited for our new bed!”

“I had the best experience in this store today. Everyone that worked there greeted me, in EVERY department!! I thought I was in the twilight zone. Several employees offered to assist me when I had questions. The cashier was so patient because I was exhausted and dehydrated and being super annoying about the price of my purchase.
