i sent out 3 small packages to japan this week. paid $65 postage for 1 package on monday, next day it’s $30 ea . i was told the young man who worked monday was new….. i heard the same excuse somewhere else last week. i know they’re nice people and working hard in busy holiday season, but businesses need to spend more time on training staff. it’s not right to charge me $35 more.

Wonderful personnel and customer service, but unfortunately mail woman isn't really caring. I was away and my mail was all over the front yard. Important legal document was in dirt rained on etc. She probably just put it in the handles outside of mailbox meant for advertising materials.

Postmaster Bill is an extremely rude and unprofessional individual I have ever met. He not only discriminated me but threatened me over the phone. I had him on a speaker with my mom next to me and she was disgusted with his behavior. I escalated the issue. This person should never ever be allowed to work in the customer service environment. When I asked him for a contact for his peers or manager, he said that he is the master and there is nobody above him.

I have had 3 packages delivered to the wrong address in the last 2 months. Sloppy work. Read the label and look at the street sign. Not that hard.

They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.

Only Usps office that keeps telling me I have to bring my own tape , I never heard of that before that is beyond cheap. They dont want to use their own tape when you are paying money to send something and they cant just put a tape on envelope for you. That is ridiculous

I would just like to say that I was amazed at how efficient the gentleman clerk who was handling the desk yesterday afternoon completed his tasks. He was the only staff member serving all the customers.It was a very busy time of the day and a long line had formed. This very capable postal employee made every customer feel welcome, he carried out each request in a very timely manner, and made sure to politely help each customer through what they needed. He thanked each of us as we completed our order. It just impressed me how very well he knew and performed his tasks, while being sympathetic to his clients! Sincerely, Mari K.
