I went to this location on 2/13/19 and was surprised to see the Pompton lakes UPS store with a notice a letter taped to the door stating that they were permanently closed.

On Dec 18, 2018 I placed an order for a "Quick Print" ( a quick print should be done within a few hours according to the website) on the UPSstore.com website . my order was 1 print that was 11x17 inches. the website said it would be ready later that day by 5pm.. I went to the location and they said the printer was not working and the owner had to come and fix the printer in the morning. I called the next day and I was informed he never came to fix it. I waited a few days and called back now 5 days after my order was placed I was told the owner still did not come to fix the printer.. I went back to the location 10 days after I placed my order and the person working this time told me he could not find my order so he called the owner and the owner told him to tell me "they did not have the paper" but while he said that he showed me he had the paper in stock and that the owner never came to fix the printer.. so now I am waiting and waiting for my "quick print" and it is Jan 14 , 2019 and I still don't have my print . I went into the store and the worker told me the owner never came to fix the printer, she told me he is to busy with his other locations. during this time I have left a message 2 times a week and e-mailed him asking for my order, no respond... I called and asked an employee to have the owner call me and he never did. I finally got him on the phone and after asking him why it takes so long for my order to be done, he hung up on me and never answered the phone again. in closing it took almost a month for nothing to happen no call back no emails I paid in full but still no response about my order the owner never reached out to me about the order I had to call UPS corporate and have them talk to him . he canceled my order I want others to know how horrible the service was and how he just did not care I don't want this to happen to other people, I don't want this owner to think he can treat his customers this way HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
