I went to have my taxes done there because I had a change in work circumstances. After the first five minutes of having to repeat my answers 2 or 3 times to every question , the worker told me that she "left her hearing aid at home." During the remainder of the session, had to repeat answers. Additionally, I had to show the worker how to adjust the font on her screen because " it was too small to see." The worker repeatedly chose the wrong response on drop down menus and I had to correct them. Once they entered my W2 forms, they told me that "I owed a lot of money". I told them that they still hadn't entered any of my deductibles. Their response was "Oh yeah" like they forgot. Anyway, by the time they finished, I had no confidence in asking questions and getting any useful information. I went to another tax prep service to make sure that my returns were correct. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Laura was so sweet and accommodating! She has a great personality and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. She was supposed to leave and kept taking walk-ins. What a committed, hard worker! I was impressed and I'm happy I found a new tax person to go to every year!

I worked with Nappy, and she was outstanding. I had a super complex situation, but she helped out so much and really gave me relief.She solved a lot of small issues I had, and i got the money I was owed in my tax return, which was significant.Thanks Nappy for all your help!
