I've been shipping with this company for years now. It is a level of comfort that I get when I go there. I live right next to Walmart, which does Fed Ex shipping and I will, every time, drive the ten minutes to go here. The fella who runs the show is a professional who also happens to be a human being and you can clearly see the difference between him and some other professional types. In fact, I will be shipping from there today.

The owner is a humble down to earth friendly person. The store has very flexible hours for working people. The store is organized. Free surface parking lot available. This is a great one stop shop for all your postal and shipping needs. It has dhl,fedex, ups all under one roof.

Excellent service at this FedEx shipping facility I shipped a wedding dress and hours later found that I was scammed got the shipment stopped and was returned to me within a week.

Customer service was mediocre at best. The person seemed annoyed when I entered the store because he had to step away from the TV show he was watching. He charged me $1.50 to print a label from my email, which I didn't appreciate but I get it, their running a business. But I definitely didn't appreciate the tone in which the message was communicated. Charging for a service is one thing but please don't include the negative attitude for free. It's just not worth it. Needless to say I will not be conducting future business at this establishment.
