They are very professional and all ran smoothly from start to finish. Margarita from the office explained all in detail and kept me informed throughout. Margarita handled all issues from the get go with the insurance company. My car came back looking brand new and they cleaned my car impeccably before returning it to me. Very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Had a minor fender bender and required another insurance company to repair my vehicle was told to go to Citro's Autobody. Everyone I came in contact with was awesome. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I can not be happier with their work. My car looks brand new and beautiful. Wonderful staff helped me through the insurance process. Great experience, great service, on schedule, no detail overlooked, great communication. I highly recommend them.

This place is a croc! They will pull out all kinds of additional charges after the agreed upon price. I’ve never been through such a bad experience. There should be a disclaimer for possible additional costs. Instead we were given a price for the job and then they charged us an additional $800! Don’t trust these people!!

This is the second time I use the shop. They do quality work and are friendly. HOWEVER they are extremely unreasonable for parts. I just got back my BMW took it an for an issue with a hood that did not open. Looking through the invoice I see they charged me 474.56 for a hood latch. I am unable to find anything even remotely close to that price online. The most expensive OEM hood latch I could find was not even 150$ the average was 80$. I am extremely disappointed with the price gauging. I did not bother to check the price prior to service as I usually depend on the professionals to be just that. I of course paid my bill and quietly walked out as I feel at fault for not checking. Lesson learned on my end.

I can't say enough good things about the repair job on my car, from the customer service to the actual work. My car looks fantastic and you can't tell it's a new front door or that paint work was done to the rear. Margarita was an angel as far as keeping me informed and walking me through the whole process. I Wholeheartedly recommend Citro's.

Incredible quality of service and customer service with great communication.I recently had a repair done and the customer service here from Margarita (I believe that is her name) was incredible. She was very communicative throughout every step of the process and set expectations with me clearly. And my car came back looking like new. I highly recommend this business.
