Bill did an amazing job with a large lithograph I brought in. His recommendation for how to frame it were spot on and he did such good quality work! Had a blast just chatting with everyone in the shop too, they are just the nicest people. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a delightful place. The owner is a man of long standing experience. It is not easy finding picture frame places. Cardinal Frame is outstanding. We brought two signed pictures in and Grant framed them beautifully. We spent a great deal of time just chatting in general. From beginning to end it was pleasant. In fact we have another signed portrait that needs reframing. I plan a visit there at the end of the month.

Bill is a total gentleman and a master of his craft. We enjoy going to see him and chatting about all kinds of things. Very interesting and engaging guy! His lovely wife runs the travel agency in the front of the store while Bill has the back space. There are some lovely and unique frame selections here - perfect for those special items that you want to frame. Don't even THINK of going to Michael's. Come here and be charmed and you will NOT overpay.

Just amazing!!! The owner is so nice and so talented! They did a amazing job framing a painting. Exactly what I was looking for. Amazing customer service ... Carried my painting to my car for me. Service that you just don't see anymore!
