I was told I can't mail a small package from there because I live in a different zip code. Really? The guy was a bit nasty too. His name is Abe. I am NOT going to go out of my way to mail a package just because I don't live in Pomona. That's ridiculous.

First the bald guy gave me a hard time about taping up a box. And then when he reprinted my label due to weight difference, he mistyped the address and the package was lost. It was a $1000 graphics card. I will probably get $0 because of that incompetent worker who refuses to take any blame for it. Go to absecon instead.

The horror stories people have about the post office hold no sway here. The people that work at this location are the nicest most helpful and quick people. I can't say how impressed I was with this location. Thank you for providing a valuable service with a smile!

This woman named Erica was the worker and she was awful. You can tell she hated her job. She was not helpful and makes you feel stupid while you struggle and create a line. Instead of offering advice, she let me mess up several times just to tell me the needed advice afterwards. It did not help this was my first time sending a package international, if she is working there, expect to hold up others...
