One star for photos, five star for the store.Do NOT go in to do your own photos. The company changed the application and now require you to download all the photos to their system vs working off your phone. That means if you want a photo from last year and have 200 others you have taken since then, you have to download all 200 to get to the one that you need. Foolish.From Summer of 2023:Went in and had to order/print some photos, needed to ask the pharmacist a question and buy some groceries. Photo machine wasn’t working, but a manager saw I had been there for a minute and came over and got me set up and running. Pharmacist answered my question (normal) but my health insurance requires me to go through CVS. CVS however refused to cover the shingles vaccine, Walgreens will cover it. I was looking for some groceries at the end and had another associate come right over to help. All were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Good stuff!

Fentanyl is everywhere & naloxone HCI nasal spray saves lives.. This medication cost $45 & the pharmacist only had one box but she told me to look on the shelves in the store cause she is not sure if they have more.. The manager became very truculent with me, saying things like “do not quote me” but …. That’s were I ended the conversation because if I can’t quote you, to me that means you are unsure of the information you were about to tell me.AgainThe manger was very truculent &seems to me she didn’t know the severity of the fentanyl epidemic going on, especially in Ocean County

Can’t say enough about how great the experience was at the pharmacy department. I had multiple questions and Mariam The pharmacist was not only knowledgeable but very patient and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions with great detail. Highly recommend to speak to her if you have any questions.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and have seen the ups and downs. 6 months ago I was ready to jump ship the service and attitudes got so bad. Recently this Pharmacy really cleaned up their act. I am so pleased with the service and very impressed with the staff! They really care and you can tell. Keep up the good work and Thank You!

I recently switched from barnegat to this pointpleasant location and If it wasn't for Hilary the pharmacist I wouldn't be writing this review.hilary has gone above and beyond to help me and truly cares about her job qnd helping of others this store would be lost without her

This pharmacy has been a mess for months. It’s not the fault of the people who show up to work, but it HAS to be better than this. We waited more than 30 minutes in a drive-thru line after trying to pick up prescriptions for days when they were closed with no notice. I had multiple vaccination appointments canceled at the last minute with no help rescheduling. Try anywhere else. It’s not worth it.

This store has gotten so bad. Liked going to this location instead of down the street on 88 and J Martin. Never againWaited in line quite awhile this morning but that’s not the complaint. This store was filthy!!! The area near the register was disgusting. There is a door nearby but that wasn’t was accumulating up against the base of the counters. And it was just as noticeably dirty up and down several isles. Please clean up!!

The people at the pharmacy are generally friendly and helpful, but they are perpetually short-handed. Due to COVID, I use the drive-through. Last night, after waiting behind six cars for 10 minutes, I gave up and went back today. It still took 15 minutes behind three other cars. Also, calling by phone is an adventure. The hold times are long, often it sounds like someone’s answering, and you get put on hold again. More than several times, we have been disconnected after 10 or more minutes. Also, I cannot refill my prescriptions on their app. For some reason, I must call in all my refills, because of some type of refill arrangement they said was made by my doctor. I asked to have this changed, and was told they couldn’t do it. If this location wasn’t so close, I would definitely try another, but we are about to relocate within a couple of months and I’ll start fresh there.

The pharmacy is absolutely worthless. My prescriptions are NEVER ready, standard monthly refills. Have to call multiple times to confirm, because if you show up it’s “sorry it’s not ready”, once three times in a day. Now twice confirm before going, it is really sad.

I got a voicemail from the pharmacy today that there was an issue with my COVID PCR test. I tried to call back and was hung up on twice. I finally got someone on the third try. It turns out they processed my test incorrectly and wanted me to come in again for a new test. Thanks for nothing Walgreens.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Avoid at all costs they are incompetent, close early, prescriptions are never ready on time.. what they are doing is not okay. I don’t believe it’s legal. If they can’t keep up with the traffic then close it’s not acceptable to not fill peoples medications in a timely manner.
