My wife and I came to Point Pleasant for the day to ride bicycles. I had a problem with my power steering and could not drive my car. I called Cole at Point Pleasant service center and he told me that he could take care of me. I ended up needing a new power steering pump and he immediately called for part and said that he could put it in today. We cannot thank them enough for saving 2 seniors that were stranded in Point Pleasant 70 miles from home. I highly recommend to use them, very professional and is professional and polite.

Brought my car in for a noise in the front of my car. Was told that I needed multiple parts that would cost $2,100.00. I was skeptical and asked the mechanic to just replace the part that was making the bulk of the noise. The part was changed and the noise persisted. Was now told that he now was perplexed as to what the issue was and could try to replace different parts until he found the issue, but I declined. Took the car to the dealer and the issue was unrelated to what i was initially told the issue was. Fortunately, I only spent $350 on the "fix" and not the $2,100.00. This place is not the same place since Jeff is no longer there. This was a good place to bring you car at one point in time, but that's no longer the case. Buyer beware

Very honest and knowledgeable. When my car broke down, they kept it real with me about how extensive the repairs would be. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend.

We live in Greater DC. Point Pleasant Service was recommended by a family friend when my son's car broke down in NJ. I called and worked with Jeff. He was very friendly and helpful, walked me through the problem, suggested a repair and got it done in a day at a fair price. Some stations would take advantage of a young man from out of town. These folks were honest and very helpful suggesting additional work when we got the car home. Just one experience, but it was a very good one.
