Very honest and knowledgeable. When my car broke down, they kept it real with me about how extensive the repairs would be. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend.

The folks at Point Pleasant Service Center were awesome, friendly, knowledgeable. As an out-of-towner, we were vulnerable to be taken for a ride. Jim was understanding and took great care of us, but best of all was honest. Thanks!
