I was remotely inquiring about a vehicle they had there and when I brought up my concerns about their low reviews the vehicle I was interested in suspiciously became marked as sold. Upon confronting them it was marked as available again. I haven't been there in person but the Google Street view was concerning enough. And I had to be nitpicky but the punctuation and grammar of the people communicating with me remotely was not good. Hope to see improvements later. I'd be open to working with them if a manager wanted to reach out to me to clear this up. Thanks

Waiting three weeks for title nothing done. Temporary plate expires next week concerned paid tax and paid for car. Screamed at me for asking for info. I’m not giving car back I want the title called DMV said nothing being processed. Hoping they make this right. Putting a DMV complaint in hoping these guys do right by me. Should I call an attorney? I just reached out to one Putting this out there if anyone else had this problem. I was promised title following Tuesday. Please inbox me for suggestions

Shady AF!!! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT patronize this establishment. I bought a used car here. Paid cash, got no paperwork whatsoever. The car was misrepresented and was a pile of trash. It was involved in a prior collision and I was never informed. I am reporting this business to the BBB, and the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. The fair and ethical business practices are non-existnant. If you choose to do business here, I guarantee you'll end up regretting it.

Recently tried to work out a deal with a 2005 Audi A4. They knew nothing about recent services and poor car fax information. Liked the car and got it inspected. Over 2000 in repairs were needed, when they said nothing was wrong with the car. On top of that, Mike, took my diagnostic that I paid for, to make a copy of his own after I told him I wanted it back. Crooks, save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
