I have never posted a review before, but this employee is so deserving of praise and genuinely made this one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. I always dread changing phones, but Jacoby was so helpful and I have to say this man has the patience of a saint! He answered all my questions and was so kind while I went back and forth with my phone choice and still had the patience to help update my phone plan and set up my phone. Highly recommend this location for all of your AT&T needs.”

“Went in to Verizon today on the recommendation from a friend, my phone was glitching and not holding a charge, Dan helped me get a new phone, explained everything I needed to know, he was very patient as I’m not technically savvy!! I usually dread buying a new phone but Dan made it quick and easy! While I was there Kareem the manager helped several other people who had an array of issues and what I witnessed was a complete patient gentleman dealing with older people!!! I will never deal with any other Verizon Store again!! They have me as a lifelong customer!! Thank you!!!”
“Annie, at the Neptune Corlies Ave/Route 33 office was superb!! Her patience with me and my cell phone that had been dropped numerous times was excellent!! It was a headache for her but she kept trying to get info from my cell, for the new cell that I was purchasing, as my old cell was wacky and quickly shutting down!! She saved my day!!! “Above and beyond service!!! I had to rush over to get my friends phone fixed in such a short time before leaving the city. They rushed everything to make sure it would be done within the hour or so. Even though they didn't have the part needed they drove over to get it so it would be done in time. Highly friendly and respectful people. Highly recommend going here to get your phone fixed.”

“Yesterday, Saturday April 20, my wife and I went in to have our phones checked for some problems we were having. Instead, we decided to buy new phones. I had an I Phone 5 and my wife's was an I Phone 8, I believe. After deciding to buy a phone, I was told that because my phone was no longer manufactured, I could not be able to have everything transferred to a new phone. I was perplexed as to why. The woman also told my wife that the trouble she was having was not able to be fixed. We left the store and came home. The same day in the afternoon, we went to your store on Hooper Ave. in Toms River. What a difference! We not only bought new phones I bought an I Phone SE and my wife bought a 15, but the store personnel DID transfer all our info to our new phones. Everything is fine and our new phones are working correctly. I believe that your store personnel in the first store we visited were not properly trained to do the job. It is my belief that that should be looked into so that others do not have the same or similar situations.”

“Okay so yes is this place in a little disarray due to the changing season and then clearance being malled thru yes. Buttttt here's what changed my mind.... The customer service. One gentlemen started helping me and walked style over. Super helpful. Than when the style woman came over to find the one pair of slides I wanted among the chaos. I mean cmon incredible.”
“This Walmart is massive. It could be just me, but I felt like this store was set up differently from many of the other Walmarts I've been to. The aisle is very spacious. Two individuals can wall pass each other and not even touch. They were also very organized for being a superstore. In addition, they also had so many items that I have never seen at my Walmart. I will have to visit again when I have more time to walk the entire store. Bonus all the staff were so nice and helpful”
“This Walmart is out of the way for me, but I was in the area and decided to stop in. My primary reason to visit Walmart is the toy section as I am an action figure collector. I am very used to going to the toy section in my local Walmart in Linden, NJ and finding *nothing*. They do restock now and then, but unless you are there when the items come in you're generally out of luck. Not so (apparently) at *this* Walmart. I went in looking for very specific toys and BOOM, as soon as I got to the toy aisle they had exactly what I was looking for. Now, given the sheer amount of stock I'm guessing they just put the items out on this day, but it was great to see stuff *on shelf* instead of just tons of empty space. The rest of the store is like all modern day Walmarts magnified (it *is* a Supercenter after all). The aisles are wider, there is more shelf space for everything and the lights are somehow brighter. Check out was quick and I had barely any wait. I had a good experience here and if I'm in the area again I would definitely stop by.”
