Probably should be lower. Not a great experience, maybe it’s because I don’t know them or whatever. Made an appointment for a diagnosis of a noise for Monday morning, got my car there by 9:30am. They asked me to leave it, whatever I took a $40 Uber home. Called at the end of the day, they still hadn’t got to it, planned to keep the car overnight without notice. Told me they were just getting it on the lift at 4:20pm Monday. Tuesday goes by, no word all day, I call at 4pm and again am told, “they are just getting my car in” and planned to keep it for a second night. Leaving your car overnight for 2 days for a diagnostic appointment kind of defeats the point of an appointment and is an extreme inconvenience.
It was all handled with 0 care, in the end I was without a car for 2 days, spent $80 on Ubers to drop it off and pick it up, and never got the car looked at.

If I could give 0 stars I the guy who runs this place is a joke, had a FMIC and ko4 turbo installed on my car here and they snapped all my number clips leaving it sagging and proceeded to tell me “that’s the classic mk6 GTI sag” also while Tyler his genius shop tech was doing my car he also decided to snap the brackets for my fog lights too if the bumper wasn’t good enough! I noticed somone had backed into my car also during pickup and that was also denied. Why would my fully ceramic coated car pool water in the one slot in was hit ? Maybe because somone tried to buff it out with wax that’s why! Steer clear of here
