Lousy nail service. One of my nails were not filled properly. No hand massage with lotion or hot towel at the end. Asked for some lotion and the tech gave me a literal DOT. Can you be more transparent?? Rude, pathetic. I’ll stick with my local salon that does a way better job. Save your hard earned money- because it’s not appreciated there.

I always go to Katie for my nails and she is amazing at what she does. However this past week I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 2:45. I went in a little early and was told my appointment was at 2:15 and I had missed it. When I called for my appointment a week before I had even called again to make sure it was right because it was the day before my senior prom and I knew I would be on a time crunch. When I asked the guy if I could still get my nails done he said that he could only do a simple manicure because thats all he had time for. Honestly very disappointed because the salon wasn’t full at all. There was no one in there yet and they do take walk-ins. Makes me not want to come back.

I went there with my friends and the nail tech didn’t listen to me when I said my nails were still too long, so I went somewhere else to get them fixed. The new place found UNCURED gel under the surface of my nail. That can lead to contact dermatitis and could’ve led to me having an allergy to acrylic. The place is clean but I will not be going back.

after years of going here and being disappointed pretty much everytime i got my nails done i got double charged to get my acrylic set off. went back to voice my concern and request a refund since i couldn't do it through the bank and the owner gave me a hard time, tried telling me there was nothing he could do and that i must have gotten 2 services and that's why i was charged twice. there was no reason that i couldn't get my money back so eventually after 10 minutes of standing up for myself he offered a giftcard and i said can i have cash back i don't really want to spend more money here after this he was hesitant but gave me cash. long story short i will not being going back. the owner is rude and doesnt care about anything but money. they overbook themselves and then rush to get the job done.

Vivian is amazing always do a great job in my nails I totally recommend it is a great place and always welcome the customers very nice workers I have being going to this nail salon for 6 years

i’ve been going here for a couple months now and i finally have had enough. they filled my natural nails so thin than they are falling off and breaking i’ve never been so upset before. i am in so much pain from it.

Best French ombré around. I’ve been searching for a salon that does great ombré and it always looks horrible. They did it perfectly here. Only the one guy does airbrush, so it doesn’t matter who does the actual nails, he will still airbrush on the white! Sooo perfect! 2nd pic is 3 weeks later and they still look great!!!

We went to get 2 pedicures and the young guy who did mine was very unfriendly, not even a hello. Cut my manicure way too short, my fingers hurt a day later. Service has changed dramatically.

Katie is awesome. My daughter is obsessed with her fabulous spooky spiderweb nails. Everyone at the salon is friendly and it really has a family like atmosphere, including the clientele.Update on my daughter's nails that I spent nearly $100 on...one cracked after four days (which they repaired for free, which was a relief, but two others have literally fallen off like cheap press-ons, and it hasn't even been two weeks. My daughter doesn't do sports, heavy lifting or the kind of manual labor that might explain these "professionally" done nails to just fall off her nailbeds or break. Yikes. A costly disappointment. ☹️Update: Unfortunately, we then went in for mother daughter pedicures (my daughter's first), and the main gentleman there cut me open with a metal tool and caused me to bleed, it was a painful cut, and pretty significant because the bleeding didn't stop for some time, and now I fear I may have to worry about an infection. He may have done it to both my big toes, as when he was working on the left foot before the right I experienced pain as well, but was speaking with my daughter and didn't look down to see what he was doing, never thinking he was literally cutting my skin open. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing experience with my daughter turned into an uncomfortable and painful experience. The guy still charged me full price for the pedicure, didn't say sorry (he asked me if I was ok after I started needing and only tending to the cut when I became alarmed), just sprayed my cut with alcohol. It was the worst pedicure I've ever had, aside from being cut open and bleeding, as he spent most of the time after cutting me massaging my legs rather than tending to my feet, probably because he cut me. I'll be going to my doctor's office to have it evaluated tomorrow and have it documented incase I end up with an infection. I'm 49 and have been going to salons since I was a teenager and have never been cut open before. Won't be going back there for anything ever again.

I've been a loyal customer for about a year now. Unfortunately, I have the worst fungus on everyone of my fingernails. I had to go to the Dr's for a prescription. It's going to take a long time for this to go away. The last time I went the technician barely gave me the time of day. One time the technician left my fingers in acetone for at least 30 minutes while they were eating.

I used to come here all the time and loved coming here. I was always patient with them when they were busy, never asked for anything crazy, and tipped well every time. Last two times I called for a appointment they told me yes ok come in and then it was "oh for nails sorry we don't have anything" so rude and unprofessional. Oh and they accused me of never showing up to an appointment, which I never had one to begin with.
