“Above and beyond service!!! I had to rush over to get my friends phone fixed in such a short time before leaving the city. They rushed everything to make sure it would be done within the hour or so. Even though they didn't have the part needed they drove over to get it so it would be done in time. Highly friendly and respectful people. Highly recommend going here to get your phone fixed.”

“Also known as Lakewood tv repair. Sometimes might be hard to get him on the phone but Luis was honest and quick. Dropped off a 65" LG that started having trouble. $50 for the estimate which goes toward the repair, was contacted later in the day with the issue and long story short had him order the part and fix. I believe it was done in a week's time. He even dropped it off as he was coming by my area that day. I highly recommend this guy (business). Fair pricing.”

“Lewis came over the same day I called to see why my TV was not turning on. He was an extremely nice man. Figured out the problem in 10 minutes. He even showed me how to replace the part myself so I wouldn't have to wait for him to come back saving me time and money. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has anyTV or stero problems. So worth the very small fee he charged to come over.”

“Service rep who took information did not tell me to keep applicance plugged in during the 6 day wait for service so first service call was wasted.Second scheduled service call was a no show and impossible to talk to a person or get any details on what was happening. The customer interface sucks. (especially with a service window of 8 am to 5 pm--- lost a day of work for nothing)The third call was professional and he ordered parts.The fourth visit was professionally handled and the repair made.”
