Wow what reviews, All I'm going to say is that I was taken, unfortunately I paid up front wish I didn't not after 4 years what a horrible place. I'm finished I wasted so much money for NOTHING. Number one you never ever offered a car. I had to rent a car for 2 months. Liar. I will say Tim is one of the best men there. Even my lawyer told me not to pay up front but I guess unfortunately I was desperate. You had mentioned to look out for my name . Maybe they should be careful of dealing with you. My care was $3,000 and some odd change. I did give you $2,500 up front then I gave you $400 in cash which you denied. Which I'm sure is a practice there. My lawyer doesn't feel that I should sue for that. But I actually paid you $4,000 for a 3,000 dollar job. Nice to talk something for nothing. I paid you and never knew who fixed the car some kind of secret. I just wanted to add this. Not my name yours that people should be careful about doing business. I was taken for a ride.......

I had such an easy and stress free experience buying a mini van from DeFelice. Jack was super helpful, answered all my concerns and was very clear and specific about the van. It was prepped , serviced and made ready above and beyond. I would highly recommend going to them for any car purchases. I’ll be bringing my van back there for service too. Great family business !!

I have an older model VW that i really needed put back together and these guys were up to the challange.
I’ve gotten hosed by local mechanics in the past so i was nervous about being a first time customer. Boy was i pleasantly surprised. I thought my car was a goner but these guys set my mind at ease then fixed my car. I’ll definately be doing all future service here.

When I bought my vehicle, I purchased a lifetime warranty on the drivetrain. Geoff recommended it and I’m glad he did. The transmission went in the truck and I got replacement transmission for $100. While they had the transmission out, Tim suggested doing the rear main seal for preventive maintenance. They should keep me up and running for another 200,000 miles. Thank you guys.

I have bought few cars from defelice but the last car I bought was a 2014 wrangler. I dont have the best credit but Jack got me into my dream vehicle. I would highly recommend going to jack at defelice he will make sure you are taken care of. After I bought the vehicle he ran it through his shop to ensure I was getting a great vehicle he even had it detailed for me!!! Looking for a vehicle jack defelice is your guy to go to! Update 2024: so I've been putting this off because I did like defelice but that's just what they will do fleece you. This 2014 jeep wrangler has become nothing but a headache.... from the beginning I did not have reverse lights. The windshield had cracks in it... the hardtop leaked....the headlights would stop working and when i did replac them i had to cut wires because of the previous owners mistakes . I had to replace the tipm, radiator, water pump and thermostat to combat the jeep overheating. I understand over time things happen with cars but this is only a 10 year old vehicle. But the reason why I say they will fleece you is because I'm paying nearly $30,000 for a vehicle that I've put at least $5000 into just to get the vehicle to and from work. I don't take it off roading. Maybe it's my bad credit as stated before but with these payments I could have just bought a new jeep without this many headaches.. Hopefully defelice doesn't bash me for this review it's just how I feel.
