Not helpful or knowledgeable. False promises of following up. You get stuck with a plan because of them and their only response is call customer service. Never again.

Can’t say enough great things about Chris! I woke up with my phone completely dead and broken. Chris got me in and out of a phone in less than 30 minutes, brand new phone, was super helpful and had excellent bedside manner in being courtesy about my schedule because I had to get back to my patients. Co workers take notes- Chris rocks!!

Rashawn and Anthony literally restored my faith in AT&T. On the phone with att all they tried doing was upgrade my plan. Both of them took my problem and said “I’ll have you out of here in 5 minutes.” I was out of there in 4 minutes 59 seconds. I won’t go anywhere else

Wasn’t sure I going to switch from Verizon but staff was so nice and had complete knowledge of all deals being offered by competitors that I was knew I was being offered a better deal. It was the easiest phone switch I ever did. Go in and see for yourself and you’ll become an AT&T customer just like me.

The manager on staff did a great job by himself and didn’t make me feel like I wasn’t a priority. He was very helpful and I can’t wait to go back to set up my new phone!

Anthony was the most amazing person I have ever worked with at any phone company! It’s my first time with my own plan and going to a new company & I was very skeptical on getting the iPhone 13 & he made sure I understood everything and answered the 100 questions I had ! I would recommend him to anyone !

Had an excellent experience buying a new IPhone at the AT&T Store in Point Pleasant. Layne walked me through everything. Left w a 14 fully functional and my old phone wiped clean. Very professional and friendly.

I stood in the store for 5 minutes. Yelled out loud. No one came out. I’m shopping for something and definitely purchasing but not from this store and I will never go back again. Horrible service, lazy staff. It’s the holidays there should be someone on the floor at all times. Terrible store… DO NOT GO.
