purchased a ford bronco sport, this weekend and the process went very smoothly.i searched the webstie first to see if there was a vehicle that had what i wanted and there was, then i called to verify that it was on the lot. once verified with chris, we drove down took a testdrive, came to an agreement and drove home with it.overall, it was a good experience.

I was charged 695.00 for "MVID - Etching" when I purchased a "used" car. Read your contract closely. Etching should NOT cost this much and it's optional. I made the mistake of not reading my contract closely and paying it. I then found out the "MVID - Etching" was NEVER DONE on my car. This was verified by both the All American Ford Service Center and a local Kia Dealer. All American Ford over charged me for a service they NEVER DID. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau weeks ago. All American Ford, still has not resolved the charge for a service they did not perform.

Bought a supposedly certified (it was not) 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. The only thing "titanium" was the amount of BS we got from these morons who do nothing but turn every situation around like it's the customers fault. They lied about everything. Transmission started going a few months after we bough this piece of crap. (I thought it was engine surging - I'm not a certified and trained mechanic,) but apparently neither are the Ford service techs, because they say nothing is wrong with it, and refuse to take it on the road to test. it. Who the hell does THAT? Except for ONE time, they NEVER respond to any complaint, request for callbacks nor any emails. I sent a 34 page document with evidentiary proof of their lies and BS to the president of Ford, Jim Farley (that was just on 8/18/23, so I'm waiting for a reply). Save yourself any headaches, stress and anxiety from these lying bastards and at least go to someone who is NOT independently owned so you have some recourse when they lie to you, which they will. Also All-AmeriSCAM is in Brick, NJ where the car was purchased. Another bunch of liars over there. And now they're opening ANOTHER location to screw over more people. They need to be stopped. Ford Customer Relations (can't do anything because they're independently owned.) said All-AmeriSCAM is one of the lowest rated, most complained about companies in the United States. Oh how I wish I knew that before I set foot in that hellhole. Unfortunately, I can't give zero or negative stars for this worthless "company." (Not sure why it is showing my initials as I.F. and being from Manhattan. I'm M.S. From Manchester, NJ)

TRUTH-I called TIM ORLAND, service manager, five times and STILL, to this day, have not received a call back. You did not offer to secure funds for a rental. TRUTH-You told me to pay for it all and then I would be reimbursed after when the backorder part isn't coming in until December. WHY would I refuse a working car? The part controls the entire motherboard so NOTHING is functional. I completely understand you have no control over a backordered part BUT you have control over how you treat the customer to deal with the situation. I should not be driving a brand new car that I pay monthly for that has no functioning parts except drive. I would take a loaner, a different car, a rental, a buyout, etc-but ALL AMERICAN FORD WILL OFFER NOTHING. You expect a customer to continue paying for a new car, only 15,000 miles, that needs a part that controls everything. ALL AMERICAN FORDS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, NON RESPONSE TO A SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS ISSUE, AND TREATMENT OF A 20 YEAR CUSTOMER IS DEPLORABLE. I have been driving a car with no working equipment, heat blasting on high, nothing functioning correctly for months and ALL AMERICAN FORD basically tells me too bad! WARNING TO ALL THINKING OF PURCHASING AT THIS LOCATION! I have gone to two other Ford dealerships that have also expressed how unprofessional and inappropriate it is to expect me continue to pay and drive a car for this amount of time that nothing works!! There is no excuse for the disturbing treatment after ALL AMERICAN FORD IN POINT PLEASANT sold me a vehicle that does not work. I did nothing wrong and am being forced to keep my end of the agreement to pay but they don't keep theirs to provide me a working car. Also, TRUTH-YOUR staff has been rude, dismissive, and annoyed by the fact that I am requesting a working car in any way possible!! Ryan (manager) in service was dishonest and unprofessional because Tim Orland does not return phone calls. Mark Sr and his son Mark Jr, who manages the sales side are rude and just want to me to go away but I am quite certain nobody would be ok accepting this situation. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS-THERE IS A REASON THE YELP FOR ALL AMERICAN FORD IS ONLY A 2.3!!! Imagine paying monthly for a new lease and nothing works but drive? Imagine on 70 degrees the heat blasting from everywhere but the computer is broken so I cannot turn it off. It's intolerable, wrong to any customer and beyond dangerous!UPDATE: I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH FORD MOTOR COMPANY AND THEY STATED TIM SAID YOU HAVE NO RENTALS AND CANNOT OFFER ME ANYTHING. WOULD YOU LIKE TO REVISE YOUR STATEMENT THAT YOU SECURED FUNDS TO GET ME A RENTAL AND I REFUSED???? ANOTHER BLATANT LIE!! IN WRITING THAT WILL BE SUBMITTED.

They are getting this because they understood what chaise we went through. Jamie knew what I wanted and at the end of the night had it requested to be brought to this location and had it here in 2 days. The run around at the other locations was not acceptable. But again I'm thankful now I reached out to Jamie two nights ago.

To say we had a terrible experience here was an understatement.Aside from the typical "scammed into an overpriced lease" story - every person I've spoken to trying to get this unreliable death trap off a car off my hands has been incredibly rude and unhelpful.I called this week trying to schedule a time to return my lease only to be met with a prompt "leave the keys in the lockbox, *click"I drove 2 hours to do just that, and received a phonecall from a very unpleasant sales manager on duty who threatened to have my car repossessed, for returning it to the dealership... where I was supposed to return it. I asked a plethora of questions only to be berated and harassed asking why I would ever return a lease without an appointment, which I was directed to do by their staffI called back and spoke to someone else named Bernie who wasn't entirely pleasant but managed to calm his temper long enough to let me finish a sentence and the issue was resolved after *4* painful phone calls.Safe to say the trip I had planned to lease another car from Ford has been cancelled and I'll make sure all of my shore neighbors know to do the same.Word of mouth goes very far in a town like point pleasant and I would advise for the employees of this establishment to have a long and thorough refresher meeting on the proper way to speak to other human beings, especially when they have given you thousands of dollars.

If you don't buy your reviews WHY was I offered MONEY to change my review? So I'm wondering WHY my car sat on your lot for 2 Days after making arrangements to have the emblem changed and the car detailed and nothing was done. That to me is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. by looking at other reviews I'm not the only one that feels this way.

Well Once again had All American Service try to rip us off- took the 2015 Ford Explorer in under 2mths ago did 3-4 recalls & were having a problem with the Transmission not engaging- they had the truck for 5 days- cost us $750.00 and guess what My transmission is still not engaging. Made an appointment and went to drop off the car & Matt told us it would cost us $150.00 to just have the car looked at. He stated the $750.00 was for something else that we had no clue what it was- we were told it was the transmission. So needless to say I have a car which the Transmission still slips. Hopefully, it's not unsafe.-

About a month ago, my wife and I walked in wanting to see a bronco sport & maverick truck, i spoke to the receptionist at the front desk who said "someone will be with you, its saturday and we are busy" there were a few customers but not enough to make us wait 10-15 minutes with people passing us not even acknowledging us. After 15 minutes we knew they did not want our business as the customer service was lacking a lot, So we left and went to Larson Ford in Lakewood where we were greeted right away, the sales person was kind and explained things to us and i was able to test drive a bronco sport. I unfortunately felt that i absolutely did not like the drive and the seats were uncomfortable. We ultimately decided that our next vehicle will not be a ford, especially from All American

BUYER BEWARE! Whatever they are telling you, they are lying to your face and they are doing it with a smile. This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever been to. If you go to this dealership bring some Vaseline and have your attorney on speed dial. (you'll need the Vaseline for every trip there) when you show up all they see are dollar signs. They do not, absolutely DO NOT give a flying F* about you as a customer at all. They will do anything to shove you out the door and shut you up, including straight up ignoring you. To solve this I highly recommend you wait to take your survey and if you are not treated like a king or queen or think there is a single thing they can do better, have your survey reflect that. That is the only thing they care about, your money and a perfect survey. If they are not absolutely perfect, do not give them a perfect survey. Make sure your voice is heard.

Don't bother with their Service Dept either! Called 3 weeks in advance for an appointment for service that was on a Ford recall. Dropped Explorer off at 7:55 AM for what I was told would be a "couple of hours" to complete the recall repair. Specifically told them when I made the appointment that I needed the car back which was why I made the appointment well in advance. They assured me that it would be done in a day. They called at 4:10 PM to say the car won't be done till 10AM the next day. Their excuse? The 8 AM appointment is for a "Drop Off" appointment. Do they really think people are that stupid? I guess so!
