Mark & Dennis of Tire Craft are extremely responsible, transparent, and helpful. The entire operation runs very responsibly. They tend to be busy, so I recommend making an appointment! I called a week in advance to set up and appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. Guy on the phone said to show up between 8-9. I showed up at 8:01 and he said alright you can pick it up later. I asked if I could wait for it and he said no. Well…isn’t that the point of making an appointment? Maybe you should train your guys that answer the phone to incorporate that into their spiel. Took the day off expecting to wait between 1-2 hours and now I have to go somewhere else. Their next available appointment was a week later and they were not willing to accommodate me when it was their mistake. All because of bad customer service. I recommend going to PJ’s Automotive. It was 2/3 of the price TireCraft gave me and he said I could wait on it. 1 hour tops. Screw these guys.

Well just air didn’t work Altho they were so friendly my first trip. Back 3 days later and they removed nail and repaired tire quickly and good price for the work. Clean shop and so helpful. I’d go there for my auto work if I lived here

I go out of my way to come here as I have for a long time because of the honesty and quality of repairs. Been dealing with the same people here for probably 20 years. Never any BS, some good restaurants nearby and not far from the beach if you're up for a walk while your car is being serviced. It is family owned and operated.

Down at Point Pleasant for vacation. Getting off the Parkway almost crashed when applying brakes. Had calipers, etc replaced only 3 months ago back home. Dennis and his team did a great job, got my Jeep in right away, fixed the faulty issues and got us bake on the road with peace of mind that we were safe. Being an out of towner I was afraid I was going to be put through the financial ringer. Dennis and the team at Tire Craft were honest, fair and very accommodating!
