The room and the host were so very thoughtful and accommodating, it made this a very pleasant vacation stay. There was clearly so much thought and consideration into all the details of the accommodations, and it made a big difference. The food was also delicious!

Writing a review takes great effort b/c of how busy/demanding life is but in this case I just had to -- my husband and I came to the area for a wedding at the Bay Head Yacht Club on a Friday and after looking at the hotel choices I decided to search for a B&B instead. What a gem we found at The Tower Cottage. Tony is a wonderful, kind and superb host who we personally got to know the few days we spent in Point Pleasant. He and his wife have worked incredibly hard to create an environment for their guests. The breakfasts hit the spot, our room was so clean, so thought-through and tastefully created. It is a great location if you are a beach person. Thank you Tony for a wonderful stay and I hope to visit again this Fall when the beach isn't as busy. You are a hard working couple! Hershey PA

My wife and I rented two rooms with the second for our close friends who were celebrating their 25th anniversary. When we arrived we were greeted by Tony who was so welcoming that we immediately felt at home. Everything about the place is impressive…the decor was amazing and the rooms were so inviting that we almost didn’t want to leave to go to dinner. After a very restful nights sleep, we awoke to a delicious breakfast that added the finishing touch to a wonderful weekend! I highly recommended The Tower Cottage…it is awesome.

Tower Cottage Inn in Pt Pleasant is a gem. Beautifully decorated and maintained, beyond clean and comfortable. The breakfasts they served were truly gourmet and made fresh - from scratch. We stayed for 3 nights and never ate a meal the rest of the day after those amazing breakfasts!! We barely had a desire for dinner LOL. Tony and Maureen go out of their way to make your stay perfect, and it truly was. Thank you both!!!

I'm so glad I stayed at The Tower Cottage B&B - it was perfect for a solo getaway. The neighborhood is residential, lots of families and dog walkers around, and it was a quick walk to both town and beach. The room was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was clean, deep, and relaxing. Breakfast each day was generously portioned and delicious. Keurig machine in the room was convenient for coffee anytime. Tony and his team do a wonderful job making guests feel welcome and comfortable. I've already rebooked!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Tower Cottage over the winter for a night away, and it was the best. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff, and the breakfast in the morning. I would come back in the summer and even off-season! Highly recommend staying here.

The room was beautiful, stayed in the tower suite. Loved where the bed was located and the bathroom was beautiful. First time at a B&B but it was close to the ocean front which i loved. They seemed to take care of their customers and the breakfast was lovely.

I have been to multiple resorts but this was my first bed and breakfast and it has left the best impression. The beach is at a walking distance and the lovely hosts prepared bags with beach towels waters and badges for us. The breakfast was amazing, especially the eggs Benedict and fruit salad with pineapple ice cream. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. I was staying in the Versailles room and I am looking forward to one day returning to see a different room!

My wife booked us the Tower Room for our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was very quaint, but it did have a few quirks.PROS:1) The Breakfast served was absolutely delicious. We stayed for three days. First day was a ham, egg, and cheese scrambler with a croissant, yogurt and fruit parfait, and a piece of lemon bread. 2nd day was a peach-stuffed French Toast with bacon, a pina colada fruit salad, and a piece of breakfast cake. The third day was a slice of broccoli quiche, sausage, and breakfast potatoes, the yogurt parfait again, and a banana nut muffin. 2) The whirlpool bath was nice after a day of walking around the beach.3) The bedroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. It had a very nice view. Only downside of the view was that the cottage is in a residential area so the view was primarily of the houses in the area.4) When you first enter the building there is a table with packaged snacks (fruit, cookies, cakes, etc...) 5) The cottage is within walking distance of the beach boardwalk. So there is no reason to take your car in order to go to the beach. QUIIRKS (not going to call them "Cons" as there really were no true "Cons" to this stay):1) The stairwell going up to the third floor where the room is was very small. You can only go up it one person at a time and there is a low ceiling where if you aren't careful you'll bonk your head on the way up or down.2) The sitting room and the bathroom also have slanted ceilings due to the roof. In the case of the bathroom, it only really impacts the shower. The shower itself is large but the slanted roof/ceiling combined with the mutil-head fixtures does have the end result of it being a little cramped, especially if you are a bigger person like my wife and I are.3) The TV is in the sitting room. There is no room in the bedroom for the television so you won't be able to lie in bed and watch TV. That may or may not make a difference depending on what you are looking for.4) The bed is pretty high off the ground so that there is a step-stool at the foot of the bed to help you get up to it. 5) The thermostat for the room, as well as the light switch for the hall light in the room, is actually outside the main door to the room. That light switch also controls the hall light outside the room.OVERALL SUMMARY:Overall, my wife and I had a very nice stay and we would definitely book this place again if we ever wanted to stay over in Point Pleasant Beach. There are quirks yes, but overall this was a nice place.

You won’t be disappointed! It was a 5 star stay that made our mini getaway a 10! Inn Keeper was helpful and pleasant. Room was immaculately clean. Clearly, they took Covid recommendations seriously and it was much appreciated. Breakfast was lovely and all items were presented with attention to detail - so yummy, too! Their whirlpool tub was so relaxing and made the stay even that much better. We already have plans to return in the future! Many thanks for being part of our memories that last a lifetime!

We just wanted to thank you just one more time for the wonderful stay we had in Point Pleasant. The inn, the history, the service made our stay better than we could have wanted. It was just somewhere new to go but now we can't wait to come back. We had no idea how much we would love it there.Thank you again for making our first trip to your B&B a memorable one.

My daughter and I stayed here one night in the Victorian Garden room. It was so luxurious we didn't leave the room after we checked in until the next day when we had to leave! It was a cool, windy, and rainy fall day and our plans got scrapped because of the weather. We turned on the logs in the fireplace and enjoyed the room the whole time. It is simply beautiful with every detail worth what you pay! The toiletries are the best! The bath robes are so comfortable. The bed was so cozy! The TV was large and in a good location. The wifi was good. Breakfast was so delicious! Also, they have homemade treats each day and they were all so good! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Last weekend, my husband and I enjoyed the most wonderful weekend at the Tower Cottage in Point Pleasant Beach. As this was our first foray into traveling following the pandemic, I was extremely concerned about Covid precautions at the bed and breakfast. There was no need to worry as the establishment took every precaution that could have been taken to keep us safe. Our room was extremely clean, it was totally equipped for our two night stay, and all remotes were covered in clear wrap and changed for each stay. At this time, as a precaution, no one entered our room during our stay. There was water available to us in a small wine refrigerator. And, the bed was incredibly comfortable!!!The owners, Tony and Maureen, were the most gracious hosts. I had asked for an early check-in, and received a text that the room was available well in advance of regular check-in time. Breakfast each day on the front porch was superb and delicious snacks were available all day. I am looking forward to my next stay at the Tower Cottage.
