I recently went to Updykes for their Holiday items. As always all their items are beautiful, although on the ridiculously expensive side. However my issue is with their rude and nasty staff. Before they start talking amongst themselves about a customer who is spending money in their store, saying negative and derogatory comments, maybe next time they should wait until the customer and her friend leave the store. Obviously we will not be returning.

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service and quality patio furniture. Find that most places carry dated outdoor pieces...love that Opdyke offers contemporary options. Delivery was truly white glove service, which made the overall experience 5 stars.

I have never had a bad experience at Opdykes. The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable. You may spend more than what you would at a department store but this is a small family owned company and you truly do get the best service and quality for your $$. Thank you Kelly and Ashley for helping me find the perfect sectional for our back deck! Everything was perfect with our order…right down to the delivery! We will certainly be back!

Have never been treated more poorly and unprofessionally in a store in my life. Rude and obnoxious. There are many other options nearby. Would avoid this place at all costs. Had a very similar experience to that of Beth Fisher, whose review also appears here.

The furniture is cute but your going to pay full price. There are no deals to be had here. The Christmas shop is really good though thats whats getting the stars here. Neat things you really wont find elsewhere.

My husband and I were quite disappointed in the way we were treated. The saleswoman was quite arrogant! She did not offer much help to us- it was like we were bothering her. We were ready to make a purchase of almost $7000 and she would not take off the $100 delivery charge! We went to another wonderful outdoor furniture store and made our purchase with a lovely and helpful sales team! With no delivery charge!
