HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I popped into Malouf jewelers today on a whim. My fiancé bought me my dream ring at another jewelers months ago. After asking for a band that didn't fit the marquis shape, the other jeweler (maker of my engagement ring) chopped a chunk of my ring off. When I complained, he tried to fix it, but did not remake it. Long story short, it was a botched job. I came into Malouf simply to get a second opinion about my ruined ring. The man, presumably the owner, was the kindest, most genuine jeweler I had ever met. He was so honest with me and educated me about everything I should know before going back to my original jeweler. He even told me that it would make the most sense, financially for me to go back to the original jeweler. I was so grateful that he was willing to help me with this, despite me not being HIS customer. I thought it was so honest of him to not try to "get a sale" off of me and actually told me the truth. I will 100% be recommending Malouf jewelers to friends and family looking for a jeweler and will certainly come back myself.

I’ve been coming to Malouf jewelers for years and I can’t believe I never wrote a review ?♀️ Anyway when I went to Italy years ago we met this older couple on a tour from Point Pleasant and they recommended Malouf jewelers and that’s how I ended up going there. Sam the owner is the best. He takes his time with you and is very trustworthy and his prices are very reasonable and he has beautiful unique jewelry. He also repairs jewelry and if he cannot do it he will find a way to help you out. He would go out of his way to satisfy you as a customer.. I highly recommend Malouf jewelers. It is the best jewelers around. I won’t go anywhere else ❤️

I visited Malouf Jewelers today as I had a question about a piece of expensive jewelry. He was both friendly and trustworthy. I will not hesitate to refer him to family, friends, and co-workers in the future, as he is a jeweler with integrity who has earned my business.

Amazing service and very attentive store owner. This store is nothing but exceptional with a very highly respected reputation. Whether it comes to buying jewelry or something as small as a repair, this store goes above and beyond expectations. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Will be back to shop again. :)

He is always pleasant whether if he puts a battery in your watch or you make a fairly large purpose. He often has to order some items but they arrive in a couple of days,
