Terrible… didn’t hem the bathing suit that we pinned for them and the patches on the pants are just horrendous. See images for their “work.” Said it couldn’t be hemmed meanwhile it is hemmed in other areas originally. They will promise they can do the work, overcharge you, and then tell you tough luck when you complain. Despite their misleading name, don’t come here to get tailor work!

Do Not get alterations done here! Ruined everything we gave them. Complete hacks. Couldnt even cut a straight line and hemming is out of the question. The new ownership are not skilled tailors and have no business doing alterations. Left fingerprints all over garments. Absolutely disgusted that they were comfortable trying to pass off such butchery. And didnt even offer an apology, kept trying to grab garments back from over the counter. Stick to running the dry cleaning machines.

I had the waist of 2 pair of shorts taken in and was told the price would be $35. I was ripped off for $70 plus $5 per short for pressing which I didn't request.Grand total of $80!!!! This is a disgrace that a local business does a bait and switch. Beware...these people are deceptive crooks...$80 for 2 inch take ins...they have not owned this business for 30 years...BEWARE of these self righteous rip offs!!!!

I got married at Clark's Landing Yacht Club on Sunday, August 20th. When I went to put my wedding dress on (about an hour and a half before the ceremony) the zipper on my dress completely broke. One of my bridesmaids called this shop in a panic and luckily Bakul answered our call even though he was not supposed to be working. 6 of us ran into his shop in panic mode and he saved my zipper , dress, and wedding day in 5 minutes!!! I am so grateful to this shop and will recommend to everyone!!

This place is dirty, small the AC is not on in the Summer and its over priced They charged me a dollar to put money on a new card. They dont have an extra large washer. The only reason I came here was because Surf Suds was closed, I will never go here again!!

Excellent! I needed same day service. Called in the morning and was able to pick up at 3pm. Fantastic customer service and they duo a great job. Highly reccommend!
