“I have been using Quality Bath for years and will continue. They are the most knowledgeable team anywhere. They know the right configurations and will help you put them together. No more calling a company and knowing more about their product than they do! Last year I had seen a new kitchen faucet on the Franke website that looked like what I needed but the information was incomplete. I called Jack and he put me on a three way call with the Franke representative so that I could ask questions! It was perfect! Last month the hose on my Rohl kitchen faucet, purchased from them years ago, started leaking. I called to order a new one. Before I could say much of anything I was connected to the warranty department and spoke to Lea. I didn't even realize it was under warranty but within a few days there was a new hose on my doorstep! She solidified my loyalty! Last week I called and Avi helped me with a Toto toilet and washlet. I would have ordered the wrong combination without his help. I had called other places that did not mention the error and just priced what I told them I thought I wanted. With their help you will never need to return an item or have trouble with an item under warrant. Their prices are as low as you will find so buy from Quality Bath!”

“The place is great but they watch you like you are a thief, makes for a very uncomfortable situation, they wait for you at the front door and ask you immediately what you want and they lead you to whatever you need and basically they don't go away.”
“Went to Tàylor for paint after being ignored in HD for 10 minutes. I barely walked in and was greeted, asked if I needed help. Told them I needed 3 gallons of paint in these colors from a HD brochure. Before I knew it they were mixing the paint and I was on my way. Not my first time at Taylor, but sometimes I forget and go to HD.”

“We came down on a windy day in March and I said I want a giant kite that looks like a dragon. Well we were told to come to the hardware store and we were NOT disappointed! Walked in the front door and right there in front was a bin of all assorted kites and my desperately desired dragon kite. There is a ton of other souvenirs and we browsed for quite some time before hitting the beach and letting the dragon stretch his wings. 10/10.”

“I'm new to the area and have a piece of property on a cul de sac, surrounded by leaf and pine trees. Needed a leaf blower, so I went online to find one that was lightweight and affordable. Home Depot was the place I figured I could get personalized help with a Ryobi advertised for under $70. As it turns out, the item I had hoped to take home that day was only available online, and didn't come with a battery & charger. No WONDER so inexpensive, right?? Silly me. I found an assistant manager named Mike B. and he showed me a more powerful Ryobi, WITH the accessory parts, and gave me a nice discount. After tax, it was $133. At my request, Mike assembled the blower, and I charged it that day. It handled very easily, and blew a fallen tree limb across the lawn! These yard tools are an investment, so I'm glad I didn't cheap out. I'm very pleased with the Ryobi, and Mike was a pleasure to deal with! I'll look for him next time I go. First impressions are important. Mike went above and beyond. Give that boy a raise!!”

I had to pick up a order the two saleswomen were very helpful and professional. The Christmas display was very nice I can't believe the prices on trees were so expensive but other than that everything was nice.”
