Stuart little over there is a cheap little thief. No focus on customer satisfaction. Lowballed and wasn’t willing to negotiate or even give a fair price for a first time customer so it’ll definitely be my last?This place is trash go save yourselves a headache and go somewhere else?

I had to send a message today concerning what I had seen yesterday that I found rather troubling.My fiancé and I were coming in to pick up our wedding bands. We had received a call to come and pick them up as they were ready.When we got there, not only were the rings not ready, but there was this rather helpful woman who was trying to help us. She went to what seemed like the owner of the store where he seemed to be visibly short with her until he yelled at the top of his lungs "Shut Up!"When he did this, you can tell that he took everyone in the store off guard.I couldn't begin to tell you how uncomfortable my fiancé and I were at that point. But the woman came over, not missing a beat, and continued to help us as she kept her composure.I've never seen such a blatant display of public abuse in my life, let alone an establishment with such high end offerings.We will have to continue our business with you but in good conscience, we have decided that we can never recommend your store. We also hope that the older gentleman that yelled at the woman that helped us will apologize and realize that people with the soft skills that she possesses are hard to come by.

Took my Grandfathers 100 yr old pocket watch to get his INSCRIBED. After 3 weeks they called me to say it was REPAIRED. When I said it wasn't broken, I was told by the owner Stuart that the "repair" was for someone else's watch and mine was fine. When I picked it up, the watch was totally BROKEN! Stuart backtracked and said the mainspring broke when he wound it and it would cost $400.00 to repair. It was working just fine when I dropped it off. He told me it wasn't his fault and wouldn't do anything to have it repaired. The man is a liar, a crook, and not an honorable human being by any stretch of the imagination. My wife and I have been faithful customers for over 10 years, but will never set foot in that place again. Stuart, you should be ashamed of yourself. I'm giving it one star only because I can't post a ZERO star.

Have been taking my Movados here for years. Never any issues replacing their batteries, always a good price. I will Continue to use gold fever for this and maybe more. Nice store, everyone is always friendly and polite. This makes me question the validity of some of the other reviews.

Stu is a rare master watch guy! Repairs honestly and reviews you on everything! Quick (not that it was necessary) and if shopping for anything, they have an amazing selection! Staff is wonderful. Store has been around for over 40 years and the current location used to be a bank from my memory, which is cool in itself!

Usually I just don’t do business with that establishment or individuals again … however ….. in this case I feel compelled to warn anyone thinking about trusting this guy Stewart …… DO NOT BUY A WATCH FROM HIM…… !!! DO NOT LET HIM SERVICE ANY HIGH END WATCH …… The guy is a liar and a thief …. Don’t just take my word for it …… read the rest of his reviews … I wish I had before doing any kind of business with this place … it is bad on so many levels and anyone that has purchased a high end watch from him I suggest you have it looked at by a reputable watch maker / establishment…..

I brought in my deceased fathers ring, that I never take off my finger, because it was bent and had a tiny crack. Picked it up and was charged almost $30 and it’s still not entirely back to the shape it should be and the small crack/fracture is still there. Not very pleased with this service. Very disappointing!
