Called to inquire about a vehicle and Frank wouldn’t stop raising his voice despite my calm demeanor the entire phone call, he began to yell and scream and berate me. He is the most unprofessional person I’ve had to deal with whilst car shopping thus far. He is actually verbally abusive and proceeded to harass me after I hung up on him, by calling me and leaving voicemails. I had to go so far as to inform him I’d go to the police if he didn’t stop contacting me. I would highly suggest to avoid doing business with this person.

Frank specializes in selecting quality used cars in very good condition. When I arrived for my appointment, he was extremely helpful and straightforward in sharing about the vehicles in which i expressed interest. I plan to use Krause Automotive for future purchases or consideration as well and would definitely recommend his cars to an educated buyer.

I had the easiest, most pleasant car-buying experience of my life with Frank. He was straightforward, got back to me quickly, went over all the service records from the previous owner with me, and made all of the title/registration work so easy. Thanks to him, I'm enjoying summer in my Toyota Solara convertible! Highly recommend.

I needed a car for a family member as her car had been recently been involved in an accident and was totaled. Frank did everything he could to put us into the right car and gave us great advice about used cars in general. The entire process was seamless and our whole experience was great right from the start until the moment we pulled out of his lot with our car. I can't recommend him highly enough!

My wife and i were looking for a Toyota Solara convertible, Frank had an '02 with only 48,000 miles on it, this car looked 2 years old, clean inside and out. He after we looked at it initially and were still deciding, he continued to get calls for it, but honored our interest as the first people who called, even though we had not yet decided. After we made the deal, he took care of all the DMV paperwork, plates, etc., for no additional fee other than what it cost him. He's a very no nonsense guy, which I like, and extremely knowledgeable about everything he sells. Plus he only sells the kinds of cars that he believes in. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a good used car at a fair price.

Just recently bought a used car from Frank. It was a fast and smooth purchase. We made an appointment with him over the phone to take a look at the vehicle in person when we arrived everything was ready for a test drive. Once we negotiated a price everything was a breeze. Fast, responsive (even after purchase), had CARFAX on hand and even provided me with temporary plates!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Let's just start with an arrogant person that talks over you. Then attempts to sell a car at an inflated price. Then refuses to return a deposit as if $500 bucks really means that much to him. To my daughter buying her first car it's a small fortune. Clearly an unscrupulous man indeed. I have now called the police as it has escalated and he put his hand on me. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Liberty for my daughter from Frank Krause Automotive. Frank offered me a one year warranty on the vehicle and he offered to split the cost of that warranty with me. Within a month of having the vehicle and only having driven the car less than 30 miles, I had several problems with the vehicle. I needed over $1600 worth of repairs on the car. I attempted to contact Frank several times and receive a copy of the warranty I purchased from him but he never sent/gave me a copy of it. I paid about $650 for my half of the warranty that I never received. When I realized I was never going to receive the warranty, I paid for the repairs out of pocket and several times again contacted Frank for a refund of my money that I paid for the warranty. Again, no reply at all. It has now been several weeks of silence. I'd never purchase from him again and am filing a suit against him in court for a refund of my funds.

I would be very cautious buying from Frank seems he says every truck is (garage kept) but clearly are not prices are way to high I would not do business with this man
