Staff generally friendly but sometimes products are limited or not on the Shelf at all... seems to be Inventory management issues... I've actually stopped coming for some products and buy them online because of the hit or miss nature of whether they're going to be available or not in store ....went in today and it looked like they were restocking the shelves but every single cart was being used by the management except for one which was being used by a customer ...would have purchased a lot more but I only had two hands to carry the most important stuff seems to be bad decision on management part to use their shopping carts to stock the shelves

Which he was when I was there an hour and a half before.He told me not to come back in since I am stealing. Can’t bring your dog inside the store. Rude and disrespectful. Told me to read the sign on the door. Dollar general should be pet friendly especially for service animals. If they cannot be dog friendly, at least be a little more courteous.

On Tuesday around 1:40 pm me and my mother went to buy just 5 items, when we went to the cashier she was really rude to my mother and had no patience what’s so ever with handling her job, when we got home my mom realized that the cashier ended up charging us 3 tiene a same item that we only got one, this is not the first time the cashier had been rude to us, we’re never going to this store again

the head manager SHARON is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met she comes in smelling like weed and cigs and when u ask for help finding something she gets “ mad” also they yell at you for asking for bags craziest thing I’ve ever witnessed

Manager accused my friends and i of stealing baby food and told us we ruined the package and didn’t allow us to look around her store even though we were not breaking any rules.

The staff member that works there racially profiled my boyfriend and I. We walked in and the lady working at the register looked at us and told us to put our bags (my purse and my boyfriend’s backpack)in the front, where it could have been easily stolen. We refused at first, but she continue to tell us to leave our bags at the front, even raising her voice in the process. Mind you there were other customers in the store with their belongings on them. My boyfriend and I are of Hispanic descent and lived in New Jersey our whole lives and never experienced this in our lives! It’s possibly that she nicked picked us out of all the other customers because all other customers were Caucasian. We will never shop here again!! If I could I would give -100 stars!!
