VERY disarrayed place. For whatever reason a package disappeared coming here and no one knows why. May have to file a claim and had to send out a new order to my customer. Phone here is having issues so they cannot talk to you consistently. Hoping they can get it together and the second order makes it to the lil kid.

Reading all those bad reviews just confirms everyone working for the usps in new Egypt have a nasty attitude towards their community specially Hispanics . Delivery ppl as well can’t even get my packages home something that we the ppl buy with our money and can’t get it deliver due to the road being on “bad conditions “ like if she’s driving her own personal car through the pot holes . I seriously hope they read reviews and realize how mess up they are and hopefully they change staff or take actions toward their employees because is a basic right to receive what you order that’s what they are there for other wise quit !

As good as a post office can be. We are here multiple times a week and everyone there is great. Never long lines either.
