I have called many times to his cell phone, to the company and to his email, and he didn't bother to reply. I have made a typo with my taxes and now IRS sent me a fine. Any one can make mistakes, but as a company you should face and fix them.I have called all of their phone numbers, I have written to their email, but this man does not bother to call back, he made a mistake with my social security number and now he does not show his face to resolve it.

This guy has no clue what he's doing. Supposed to file my taxes back in April, and never did. Never answered phone calls, never replied to emails. Finally got a hold of him in July and he admitted he had forgotten to file my return along with another person's return, and said he'd do it right away. It is now mid August and I've checked the IRS site and they still can't find my return. And this Rogeles guy still won't answer my calls and I can never find him at the office.
I will proceed to file a 14157 complaint form with the IRS. Don't let this person bamboozle you, it is obvious he has no idea about tax preparation and I should have listened to my relatives when they smelled it a mile away.
