Went in today to look for some things at the Rainbow in EHT/Pleasantville.. I was there at 12. Staff was COMPLETELY unprofessional & rude. Not helpful at all in addition to already being arrogant. It was 2 ladies in specific that looked like they hate their job. Get some more professional and respectful staff. I’m super disappointed in the lack of respect and human decency

I have been going here for years but recently the customer service has been terrible. The issue is the older lady who I think is the manager. Every time I have been to this location this lady is either arguing with a customer or a co-worker. One of the workers was ringing up my clothes and the older lady yells out to the worker "You didn't clock in!" They both start arguing. Then after they stop I asked the worker ringing me up if the fitting rooms are open, and the older lady jumps into the conversation and says "Oh we haven't had them opened in years." This older women just has a terrible attitude and I'm not bothered by the fact that she jumped into a conversation I was having with another worker, but how she treats her co-workers. If she is truly the manager she is not doing a good enough job. I'm not saying she has to be overly nice, but treat your coworkers with some level of respect. I love Rainbow the clothes is fairly priced and there is always a good sale going on, but it isn't worth shopping here since there is always something rude this lady has to say to a customer or worker.

Found some cute stuff, about 10 pieces i really wanted. But I was then informed that I can't try anything on anymore, I have to buy it, bring it home, and if it doesn't fit bring it back for the refund. That's absolutely ridiculous, that means if I pay with my card (I was) I'd have to not only come all the way back to return it. But then wait for the money to come back on my card? Being someone with special needs, i can't risk buy things that don't fit, or the fabric is to constricting. Unfortunately rainbow, you have lost a customer.

So I decided to go to this Rainbow instead of Atlantic City and the manager in there was rude also. I asked her a question she ignored me like I wasn't there. I will not be going back to Rainbow ever again.

There was an incident today where my children were being children in and around the rack while I was looking at the clothing. The associate (Joan) proceeded to yell at my kids from across the store, instead of coming up to me and explaining her concern. Before I left I explained how yelling at someone's children from across the store was maybe not the best way to handle a situation, and she tried to explain herself away and refused to hear my point of view or take my advice on a more professional way to handle it. As I was speaking she then proceeded to make a phone call so I walked away and as I was leaving the young lady Gigi apologized on behalf of her associate and told me she tried to tell her multiple times saying things that way is not professional. Terrible Customer service.

unpleasant. They accept cash and most cards. Have fun!Whatever the occasion, you can always find something good at Rainbow. From the latest styles to funky, fun little outfits with tons of shoes and accessories to match. Bargains galore! Most stores are tightly packed tho so going thru the "aisles" at times can be a bit challenging. They don't have shopping carts either so you have to hold everything as you shop which can be a bit unpleasant. They accept cash and most cards. Have fun!

This is a really nice clothing store. The only down side is you can't try the close on because of covid so if the item says a particular size the cut may not fit your actual size and there are no exchanges.

I usually like shopping at the Rainbow stores but.... their sizes now go from plus sizes to junior with no I'm between it was disappointing
