On Thursday, May 18th, I was scheduled to pick up a corsage and boutonnière for prom. When my mom go there to pick it up, the store was closed. No one was answering the phone or emails. They are irresponsible and very misleading with their schedule. Keep in mind that I went to schedule the items 2 weeks advance.

Received a plant after the passing of my parents. They spelled my mothers name wrong and it was dead when I got home from the funeral. I’ve called many times. No answer, no call back. I tried to give them the chance to make it right. So sad, disappointing and unnecessary.

I needed to order flowers for a funeral and I do not live in the area. The lady on the phone, when I placed the order, was very nice and understanding. The flowers arrived on time and were just as described. Great job!

Received email that the flowers were delivered and they arrived an hour later. The flowers were wilting and very small for the large size I ordered and money I paid. I was, not at all, happy. Had to order more flowers from another vendor. Avoid this place!

I received a beautiful floral arrangement for my birthday 4/8/21. I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture. Roses that opened as beautifully as the smelled, carnations, baby’s breath, tulips too. There was another flower but I don’t know the name. They lasted the longest I have ever seen. More than two weeks. I changed the water as they aged and the carnations lasted until 5/4/21. They did a fabulous job and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.

Received a very generous gift from a friend, an orchid from Pleasantville flowers. It arrived droopy and in under two weeks of receiving it, the petals started falling off. I gave them a call directly to explain and spoke with a woman who asked me to send photos, which I did. She explained that she’d follow up with me and replace the flower, neither of which happened. I called back several days later (about 3 days ago) and they again took down my information and said the manager would follow up. Still have not received a call. Such a bummer to see such neglectful customer service from a small business nearby.

My friend order me flowers the passing of my late wife . She placed and order through their website. When the flowers arrived the flowers didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. It looks like your buy expensive flowers and they switch out for cheaper flowers . We was totally dissatisfied with the product and felt like we was robbed . I will never buy from these people again and I encourage you not to either. Buyer Beware❗️❗️❗️???

I received a flower arrangement, they seem to be made so quick that I probably will do a better job. They wrote a message with multiple errors on the grammar, the flowers were very expensive and they went bad very soon. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Buyer beware.

I had a bad experience with some flowers that I bought, 24 sunflowers, I paid more than $ 150, they just put the flowers in a glass container and a horrible card with many spelling errors, a terrible decision, a terrible experience, they never sent me Before photos or anything, just one day before the established date, I went to talk with the owner and she did not say anything, nor did I feel it, very careful when placing an order in that place, I never again ..
