Today I purchased a new 2024 Subaru Crosschek. Hunter Coombs was a pleasure to work with!! He took the time to show me the multiple safety features this vehicle offers. It’s not only a safe vehicle but responsive and very comfortable to drive!! I also appreciate Brendon for offering a fair price for my trade-in. This was not the case with the previous dealership I visited.
I feel the pricing for this car was fair and I appreciate Hunter’s advocacy on my behalf. Thank you Hunter & Ciocca for a pleasant experience.

It's very convenient to drop my car for service and get a courtesy car for the day. Sevice was completed on time, and the car wash is a nice perk.

I’m giving them a. 5 star rating for their Servicr Dept. I had an appointment for service on my ‘22
Forrester. Was geeeted promptly by George who took care of the write up. He explained what was to happen and when it would be finished. Completed on time!
Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I recommend this Subaru dealership.

Very disappointed with the customer service from Ciocca. I walked into their dealership in Atlantic City to lease a car and the sales person I was dealing with was very unhelpful and was helping other customers out while waiting to get quote from her manager to give to us. She took so long that she told me that she was going to call me back with their offer but never did. I called back numerous times with no success to contact their sales manager (Chris) and he never returned my calls. I have lease many cars from different dealerships and this is the first time that a dealership was so unprofessional. Very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone!

These guys are truly awesome. They really bend over backwards for their customers. Even though we weren't able to walk with away with a car, they tried as best they could to make ends meet for us. They are both friendly and professional and I will be recommending them to everyone and anyone! Thank you!

Terrific service. After having some serious engine work done at Ciocca Subaru because of a mistake made elsewhere, my car had a minor issue arise. Even though I live two hours away, they insisted on following up. Dom the service manager even drove the car back himself to make sure it was running smoothly.
