Terrible, just terrible! Stopped in to ask a question or two. Only employee was a male behind the counter with his head inside his phone. I was the only customer. Asked a question, was ignored. Asked again and he grunted something unintelligible and never looked up. I left. Don’t know how this place stays in business. They deserve nothing!

Phones are not unlocked when you get them from boost. Unlocked phones are full price and your NOT saving any money in comparison to AT&T and or Verizon wireless OR any of the other major phone companies... Same price. I recommend AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint over Boost mobile or any thing else prepaid.. Such as simple mobile, net 10, trackphone. But out of the prepaid companies.. Boost is the best in comparison to other no contract or prepaid companies. However.. If you are looking to spend 50 or 60 a month and your required to buy the phone outright, contract major phone companies are the same price. Or cheaper
