Nice hotel, 15 min from AC,The owner is very welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning staff very kind and helpful. There is a full kitchen, i find very good to have a kitchenwhen staying multiple days , not always want to go at restaurants for dinnerMany times i came to this hoteland with the new owners you see that improvement has been made! Near everything, good place to go when i go to AC for vacation.. and breakfast good too!Rooms: Rooms clean and spacious

Great people, Great hotel, big clean room and Full kictchen with stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Very clean and well organized bathroom. Jaccuzi, steam sunna and Pool are Amazing. I ll definetly recomend the stay here and I will come in future inshallah. its only less that 15 min to Atlqntic city.

Its not near whwre i needdd to be. I tboyght i was booking the kther himestead or hometown...but i likd the room here better. And i am a local...and ive stayed at mostly all thd blk horse pike and white horse pike lower rated options...this is by fsr the nicest staff. WHP are mean. Espexially Absexon HoJo.

The owner has an horrendous bedside manner. This place is like a mini shelter for people without homes that the owner overcharges to live there. I expected this to be an establishment. I was told the pool was open before booking my stay. Upon arrival they said the pool was close. It was explained to me that they did not want African-American people in their pool. I will be contacting my attorney, the Better Business Bureau, department of health, code enforcement and the city be this establishment does proper permit to lease hotel rooms.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in ! My luggage , car , blankets and pillow all still smell like raid . The fact that they spray the room with that much raid before someone checks in is gonna hurt someone. They also over charged us 150 a night to sleep in filth. Dirty bathroom , dirty towels. Can’t get the smell of that hotel out of any of our stuff. Breakfast is old and not good. Asked for towels was given 2 damp towels . Hot tub is cold . Public health emergency at this place !Rooms: Filthy

Me and my family just went here this weekend, and we had a great time! I definetly recommend this hotel, you can’t beat it for the price. It has a full kitchen which is impossible to find at the casino hotels. This hotel is really quiet and family friendly as well. It’s less than 20 minutes from AC and less than thirty from the OC Boardwalk!The indoor pool is awesome and the water feels amazing! It’s like bath water me and my stepson were swimming the whole time! Thank you Homestead!

I went to check in and the front desk girl was rude from the start. I suffer from multiple disabilities including epilepsy and have a REGISTERED service animal and she proceeded to ask specifically how the animal is trained to treat which diagnosis specifically. I provided my medical documentation and she proceeded to say I would have to pay additional fees and the vaccination records are required in order to check in. I understand a business has a right to request whatever they deem necessary but never have I been asked for vaccination records and it's also NOT listed on their website or the hotels.com website. They have listed "service animals welcomed and exempt from fees". I have never felt so discriminated against my entire life and she and the gentleman there were so dismissive, rude and disrespectful. To top it off after refusing me as a guest, they refused my refund. Awful establishment and customer service. Stay away, book elsewhere.

big yikes.our room was filthy — there was a hair tie full of some stranger’s hair left on the bathroom counter and the shower walls were covered in leftover hairs from shaving ? the blankets looked clean, but felt filthy. we slept on top of our beach towels.in addition, the ice machines don’t work, the vending machines don’t work, and the tvs don’t work — all of which is known by hotel staff and met with shrugs.an absolutely miserable night.

My room was in the apartment side and had a jacuzzi tub. I started seeing rats running around the room then the panel fell off of the tub and there were rat traps with dead rats in the traps. I went and told the owner about it and that I wanted a refund he laughed at me and said he couldn't give me a refund for the nights I had left and that I could have brought the rats. This was a business trip so I will be contacting my company to refuse charges. I have pictures as video as well so I will be contacting the health department as well as BBB. This is crazy dead rats in traps. That tells me they knew they have a problem. Never stay here.

It was absolutely terrible .. from the dirty towels to having BED BUGS! I have never in my life ever had bed but bites until I woke up at 5am scratching.. The pain I’m currently enduring and nothing is being done about it !At 6:45 am I went to check out and tell the front desk about it so that I can talk to management. He took my name and number and 4 days later nothing was done ! I called back today and they had the audacity to tellMe they went to check the room and didn’t “find” the bed bugs (as if you can see them with a naked eye) but little do they know I have photos of the bites that turned into huge, painful, red, and itchy welts ! Terrible place and if I don’t get a call TODAY, I’m going straight to corporate bc this is NOT okay and WILL NEVER be okay.

We were hesitant to stay here because we saw so many bad reviews, but we LOVED staying here! The hotel is clean and smells good when you walk in. The pool and jacuzzi are very well maintained and the bluetooth speaker to stream music is a plus! LED colored lights give it a nice ambiance for an evening swim. The steam room is clean. We were greeted by the owner upon arrival who was very patient with all my questions and needs. We have a child with life-threatening allergies and the owner went out of his way to give us a tour and provide us with all the extras we requested. All the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast included had enough options for food allergic individuals and the hours offered were perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The hallways were clean too. Beds and linens were clean and the AC worked well. Location is perfect for beach goers at a reasonable price. Several fast food options right across the street and Walmart is just a few minutes away. We will definitely stay here again.Noteworthy details: I can tell the owner takes care of the property with pride. Guests will not regret their stay.

Soon as you walk in has a terrible smell so kind of air freshener, terrible. Breakfast could have more variety then cereal and bread, will say coffee was good the girl at the front desk could be nicer she looks miserable, not friendly.
