Don’t take take your car to this shop at all. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Brought my car in at 6am and dropped of for a 8:30 am diagnostics. Did not hear back from them till after I showed up at there door at 3pm. Kept saying someone would call me back and didn’t. Then when I got there they refuse to release my car because they was waiting on warranty authorization through mopar. This took over 72 hours for an authorization that was not needed as I spoke to the mopar warranty company myself. After speaking to the service manager about all the delays he told me I can go get a rental on my own as my car is inoperable(remind you I drove it in). I was told by the service manager since my service advisor was non existent that my car should be read the following afternoon. The next day come and my car is not ready but I am getting call to come get my car as they are waiting on the part. (This is a week without a car and being told my car is inoperable). At this time I was told I could drive my car and it was safe. When the part finally came in they told me to make an appointment to bring it back in and it’s an 4 hour job. I had to wait almost two weeks to bring my car back in. Once again I dropped my car off at 6 am and received no update and no answer over phone until I walked in at 3:30. They told me that my car repair will take two days not 4 hours. This is after being told by my last service advisor and the service manager that once the part come in it will be done in 4 hours. The only reason I did not take my car else where is because I did not want to mess up the warranty covering it. I will never take my car back here and I suggest you don’t either. RUN!!

Awful customer service. Good luck getting anything negotiated with these guys. Won’t even give you a price until you step in the door, where everything gets jacked up! Horrible. Will not return.

I want you to know I had the best car experience ever. I went to Atlantic Chrysler in Northfield with little expectations and it became the biggest dream I could have ever imagined. I had one of the nicest young men who helped me get the truck of my dreams His name is Meechi he was one of the nicest sales reps I ever met and so was Ahmed and all the staff from Atlantic Chrysler. If you want a good experience with ease in purchasing a vehicle this is the place to go. This my second time purchasing a vehicle through within 7yrs and I'm just as happy then as I am now God Bless you Atlantic Chrysler for making dreams come true.

Terrible experience! Shop anywhere else! I have purchased vehicles from 20+ dealership and this by far the worst experience of my life. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The sales team is completely unresponsive. When I did finally speak to the Sales Manager I was told "we lost money of the sale of this vehicle so there is nothing we can do now." Talk about unprofessional! It takes two sides to make a deal, but since the dealer is unhappy with the price THAT THEY AGREED TO I am now being penalized by them not servicing an issue that occurred before I purchased the vehicle. You will receive better customer service shopping on Facebook or Craigslist than at this dealership. Stay away!

I purchased a certified pre-owned Dodge Challenger in May and it took 2 months of me pestering them to get me my plates. I received the car with no books at all (owner's manual, etc.) and they have me waiting for 3 months and they finally get around to telling me that they can't secure the books for my particular year from the manufacturer. If I want I can have the year before or the year after but not the year of my certified pre-owned car. I was also offered a link to download over 300 pages in PDF which I found unacceptable and declined. I just want the literature that is supposed to come with the vehicle and I don't know why it is such a problem for this dealership to accommodate me.

My experience at this dealership was pleasant thanks to Product Specialist Melvin who was very personable and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing.
