Just had my new GE dryer delivered and installed. After dealing with 2 broken dryer deliveries from Lowes I have one that works.
The best part is that gentlemen who brought it were great. Not only did they hook it up and make sure it worked as expected, but then checked my new driver vent in the very small craw space I have and fixed it for me. Also the adjusted my old washer to make it level without being asked. They were fantastic, just wish I had gotten their names.

I never write negative reviews of businesses, but my experience with this company has been overall negative and extremely frustrating. I ordered a stackable washer and dryer and it took 4 visits for them to properly install the washer and dryer, not due to the fault of the technicians. When I ordered the washer and dryer I confirmed with the salesman that the bracket to stack the washer and dryer was included and he assured me that it was. When the technicians arrived to install the appliances, they did not have the bracket and I was made aware that it was not included and had to purchase the bracket separately for around $130. The 2nd and 3rd times the technicians came out the wrong adapter to plug in the appliances was ordered and there was one issue that I needed to correct on my end. It was only upon the 4th visit from the technicians, 3 weeks after my initial order of the appliances that they were properly installed. Although upon the 4th visit I never received a phone call to notify me of the time frame they would be coming out, only to receive a call 10 minutes before their arrival and I had to rush around to make sure someone was able to be there for the installation. To say this experience has been frustrating would be an understatement. I felt like my salesman was very nonchalant about the fact that it took 4 visits to properly install the appliances and I was very inconvenienced . Although there was one gentleman, I'm not sure of his name, who made sure after the 3rd attempted installation that the correct part was ordered and verified that it was in stock in the warehouse.

Bought a Dacor microwave oven from them, I actually had to replace the inside plate from them as well.The oven malfunctioned after 2.5 years. They stated I never bought it from them and were not able to find a purchase when tracing the serial number. Simply told me no record of the purchase and they will not help me.

Very dissatisfied , from start to finish , I definitely would not recommend them , felt I was lied to by Gary and given the run around , with back orders , missing appliances , and a damaged appliance, paid a lot of money , very stressful altogether
