Do not go to Diana she is the worst. Diana told me that I owed taxes and did no t. However,!I did not allow her to file my taxes, got a second opinion , and decided to go elsewhere. Diana told me that I still owed her and all I wanted was my W2. I told her that I am coming with the law if she doesn’t have my documents. Diana scam,liar, and does not know how to do anything taxes. Diana is very rude, unprofessional, and a crook if she doesn’t bought i was paying for services that was not rendered!

Used Them for the first time in 2011 or 2012 and had impeccable service, at first. Then last year my wife and I drove all the way from Delaware and sat for about 30 min then all of a sudden we are told that we can’t be seen so we rescheduled only to be told he had a death in the family and we had to reschedule and the were only available very close to the deadline which was way too close oh well, we used someone else. This year we call and are told that they are not accepting new customers. Go figure....we use them multiple times and we’re told we are new customers. Guess I’ll save on gas this year. Not sure how often they do this but buyer beware.

Been using them for years ...today I needed copies of my taxes for casino control commission and they will not give them to me. I told them I'll give them money for the paper they use and they refuse to . I said they can charge me I just need them so I will not lose my license and then lose my job ..they still refuse to give me copies. I am so upset now I will need court order or something to get me those copies

I can't remember the same of the guy that helped us. But he told us we were going to make him do a bunch of work for nothing and that we should just leave. older Hispanic man. AWFUL customer service.
