I was trying to cancel my two policies on several occasions and was waiting for them to respond. They never did. I spoke with a rep at the call center and they canceled it for me. I had gotten better rates from Sate Farm.

I don’t know if it is only me who finds this service as unprofessional. I was sent an email from the team with an estimated quote. I understand this is an estimate but when the estimate has a higher protections in all the coverages with low premium then the one they calculate for my home doesn’t make sense at all. The 2 quotes are off by more then 600$. When i point it out, the representative said he needs to figure this out and will contact me day after. But after more then a week now no calls received. So unprofessional way to do business.So don’t fall into the trap of these scam emails like me. Wasted an hour of time.
