My son attended for 4 months from 4-8 months old. I do not recommend this center as they consistently did not meet acceptable standards of infant care. First issue: dangerous practices including allowing infants to sleep in swings and not securing infants in high chairs, despite numerous requests and what should be common knowledge for childcare workers. Second issue: failure to properly feed my child. I would routinely unpack his bag from the day to find they did not offer or even open the food I packed. At 8 months old, my son was eating multiple meals & snacks of solids daily yet in their care he would only have bottles despite numerous requests to offer the food I provided. Third issue: inconsistent staffing/high staff turnover. The head teacher I met on the tour was rarely actually in the room, and if I came in with questions or issues her response was regularly that she hadn't been in the room that day/morning/afternoon/etc. The other teachers were constantly changing so there was no consistent figure that my son, or my husband and I, knew, and no one that got to know my son's personality or routine. Fourth issue: far too much container use. Children were constantly left in swings, high chairs, etc. with no enrichment for 45 minutes or more. Per AAP guidelines containers should be used for no more than 15 minutes at a time. It should not be hard to engage infants in the gated carpeted area so they can have free play and tummy time when it is quite literally your job. I left work on multiple occasions to pick my son up after seeing problematic things on the cameras. We ultimately pulled him as soon as other childcare became available. There is a reason they do not have their Google & Facebook reviews enabled.

Both my kids (Pre K and Toddler ) are in this center. We love everything about the place and so does our kids. My toddler was very reluctant to go to the day care at first but the teachers here(Ms Dipti and Jasmine) are really good to help her get used to it.Also teachers here are good at teaching them discipline along with education. Would highly recommend the day care for everyone

Lightbridge created a safe space for my child. Teachers create a bond with children and parents. I have to thank teachers in both KK and OG. They have been supportive and understanding in both good and difficult times. My son has shown such growth in his development.Thank you.

Both of my children attended Lightbridge Academy Plainsboro from the young infants class through pre-k: 2016-2023. Lightbridge Academy Plainsboro Owners and Staff provided a safe, healthy, and stimulating social and learning environment from start to finish. The quality of education and experience the staff bring are exceptional. The facilities are bright and clean. The curriculum and programming is always enriching. The care they provide is authentic.

I always use L.A. for our back up care needs for when my child's regular school is closed. She enjoys coming here every time.

Both my wife and I absolutely love this place. And so do both our kids who have been going here for 4+ years now.The staff is simply amazing! They have a great team of caring teachers and care givers. The kids have a fun time with creative, well thought out activities and playtime that the staff plan out daily. But more importantly they also focus on reinforcing good manners and basic foundations for kindergarten readiness. For pre schoolers they make them practice writing without tears, do educational worksheets and provide them the foundations to be ready for kindergarten. They say it takes a village to raise kids. Lightbridge at plainsboro have surely been our village. As parents with no extended family around locally, it’s been great to be able entrust them with our kids all these years. Thank you to the Lightbridge Plainsboro team!Ps - we love the live camera feed (WatchMeGrow feature) to check in on our kids periodically throughout the day!

All of the staff are amazing and attentive! I was on the fence about putting my children into daycare, but Lightbridge Academy has made this transition incredibly smooth and easy. They are a facility like no other!

I love this place and so does my child. He’s been going there for about 6 years. As a single parent I deeply appreciate the staff being nice and caring, and the Director and Owner really cares about the children and works with the parents. I’m grateful for their hours as well, a facility opened for 12 hours really helps especially since not everyone works a 9-5 job. My son is happy and that makes me a happy parent. Definitely recommend coming here.

This is the best daycare I put my daughter in( she tried 3 other daycares) .My daughter loves this Light Bridge center .She has been here for last 3 years and loved every single day. Very clean , you have an option to see ur kids real time on camera and beautiful playground . They play and learn .All the teachers are very understanding and caring. Make sure that to see it from inside and book a tour.

They ask you how you want your child to be treated and cared for, but do the exact opposite. They have zero compassion and are neglectful.Their workers don’t care if they are on camera doing the wrong things. They are there for the paycheck and do not care about your child or you as a parent. When advising them of my expectations, which were simple, they did what they wanted to and put my child in harms way than blamed me instead of being compassionate and wanting to better their care.Terrible place

If I could give this school 10 stars I would!! This is the FIRST school I have seen my kids happy at. You know it is an amazing place when they don’t ever want to leave at pick up. I love that they feel as though it is their home away from home.

If I could give this day care (Lightbridge Academy of Plainsboro)10 stars I would!! You know it is an amazing place when the kids don't want to leave at pick up time. I love that they feel as though it is their second home. The staff is incredibly friendly and sweet. One thing I absolutely love is the live cameras. I am able to check in time to time to see how they are doing as well as check into the moment path app to see the progress throughout the day. Its amazing to see how they bring smiles to all the kids as soon as they enter the daycare. Can't forget the time when my baby was crying and the infant teacher just held her for 1 second and she stopped crying. Just knowing that there are caring arms at this center!!

I enrolled my infant daughter because the place seemed to be great and everyone was so nice during the tour. Well fast forward to two weeks later and I wish I had gone elsewhere. First off, if we pay extra for cameras, we should be able to see our child in view at all times. They would put her crib in the corner in the far back away from sight from even the teachers view. She is just learning to roll and I was concerned about her rolling over on her stomach and not being able to roll back over because shes's done it at home and the teachers there were not checking on her. Two, my baby is a small three month old who should be carefully watched when they allow the older babies who are walking around her. My daughter was hit in the head (still soft mind you) with a teacher sitting right there allowing it to happen. I told them I did not want her near the older babies who could hurt her and preferred her to be in the swing or her crib when they were out. Then, luckily for cameras, I witnessed them leave her in the gated area alone with 5 mobile infants. I watched my daughter have a child three times the size of her almost fall on top of her because the teachers thought it would be ok to leave her in there without supervision. I freaked out and they of course stuck up for their workers and had zero compassion for my situation and what their workers had allowed. I gave one last shot thinking my complaining and calling them out had gotten through to their incompetent minds, but no. I get all the way to work and decide to view how my daughter was doing before walking into work, and the same thing happened. They left my 3 month old alone with mobile infants who could seriously injure her. I had a panic attack while trying to find their number and dial them to address what was happening. I was told I was being dramatic!!! My worrying about my child is being dramatic. This was the director whom also has an infant and she has zero worries about them with her child .. gee I wonder why. Of course they are going to treat her child better than everyone else's or they will loose their job. She had zero compassion or remorse. I was literally crying on the phone and they didn't even care. I left my job, got fired for leaving without notice because I was too worried about my baby whom once they got off the phone grabbed her and sat her in a chair and ignored her until I got there.
