The Pharmacy staff is oddly incompetent, besides the unprovoked rudeness and repeated hang-ups, they are also not willing to convey correct information or even work with your physician. It seems compelling that they truly do not care and you will need to sort out their issues yourself (Or suggest you just go to another pharmacy), if you're lucky the staff will berate you for not understanding their reasoning for a prescription issue you have, which again changes with each call or visit. On top of this childish behavior, the staff has lied multiple times about what the physician has said to them, with the physician recounting a different story.
Other reviews recount very similar experiences with this store in particular, I have never had an issue with other CVSs around the country, but this one should just be avoided. Especially if you are a woman. The pharmacy staff is the least helpful and least knowledgeable of any I've had the pleasure of encountering and conversing with.

This CVS refused to honor my wife's vaccination appointment, despite the fact that she had a confirmation email and a confirmation number. She was 8 months pregnant at the time, they wanted to treat her as a walk-in. We tried to escalate this to corporate, and they refused to investigate.
We have also had prescriptions canceled, we had CVS bill our insurance for the medication and then return it to the shelf when it wasn't picked up in 2 days - then they refused to refill it without billing our insurance again, which obviously got denied for being a duplicate within 30 days.
This CVS has actively harmed my wife's and my children's health. They deny any wrongdoing and refuse to address the problem. I have proof of all these claims and I refuse to do business with CVS ever again.

I understand there’s a shortage of pharmacists, which is a very real and horrible problem, but that does not excuse the service provided at this CVS. Extensive wait times, minimal explanation for medication unavailability and staff that genuinely seem burnt out and often unwilling to help. This should not be the standard for providing medication to those that use this pharmacy. This is not a reflection of the pharmacist who was called up to assist me today.

my prescription shows that the quantity of test strip 100 for 3 months. This was no changed for the last 10 years. But CVS changed the it for no reason and only provided me 50 strips. Obviously they made mistakes. They can't change the prescription without informing my doctor. When I questioned the pharmacist, they don't give me any reason and just let me call Insurance co. I was told that CVS was wrong for sure After I called my insurance about it. They haven't fix the issue for me so far!

Phone pharmacy operator was unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping my situation and getting my prescription refill a day earlier he instead told me to go to a different CVS.

Extremely slow and poorly trained staff. Took 8 hrs to fill two ointments from the shelf. Very poor resource management

No one answers the pharmacy line if you have a question. It's easier and faster to drive there and ask your question than to call. Otherwise, it's fine.

We are temporarily living in DE and my Rx cannot be prescribed in this state. My spouse picked up my Rx at this location which included the needles and syringes. They only gave him the needles and not the syringes. So now I cannot inject the medicine without the syringes. How can you fill an Rx that clearly states needles with syringes and only give me needles. It just doesn't make sense. Call the patient and ask them if they need the syringes as well. Now I'm stuck 150 miles away and cannot inject my medicine....What A Mess and no wonder they get such terrible reviews. You need a new Pharmacy Manager.

Last night I had to get some medication for my wife. As 2as there around 8pm. A spotted a lady at the front register who kindly escorted me to the back of the store where she found both items for me. This is just one of the reasons that I use CVS!! It's called caring!!?
