Honestly I never leave bad reviews but recently I’ve been so disappointed. My prescription was supposed to be filled on the 24th, I tried calling no one answered- finally when I had a chance to stop by throughout my busy work schedule I was told they were understaffed and they didn’t have a chance to fill it and it would be ready in 2 hours or by the next day (the 27th). I was very forgiving and understand it is hard to work without sufficient employees. I got a notification that it was ready on Saturday when I was traveling, and I just stopped by tonight after work. I was told there was never an order after I received two messages today that my prescription was ready for pick up. I have yet to receive my prescription. Why would they tell me it would be ready by Saturday and why would I get multiple texts that it was ready??? I am so disappointed and now struggling to get what I need from my doctor. This is not okay.

I love shopping at CVS. I’m always greeted with a friendly hello. I consider CVS as family.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy across any company I have ever come across in my entire life. Travel as far and wide as you need to in order to seek service from literally any other pharmacy besides this one. They can't keep track of your information and make repeated errors. Save yourself the time and frustration!

The people you deal with here are super rude and condescending, both live & on the phone. They may know what they're doing, but their delivery is pretty terrible--regardless of who you deal with.

CVS must live to infuriate their customers. It's not bad enough my insurance carrier (Aetna, a CVS subsidiary) mandates their use but even the simple act of picking up a script is an adventure in tripwires and trap doors. It's the middle of day in the middle of the week and I wander in only to find the metal gate completely closed. The store manager tells me that this is the pharmacy lunch hour, please return later. So being the smart azz that I am, I ask him to show me anything on the in-store signage or on the website where this impromptu siesta is listed. Stone silence and a quick retreat. When I returned later, I noticed they have ten people working in the pharmacy. How about staggering lunch? All you need is one person to man the counter. CVS still sux in every way that a store can suk. They richly deserve their sea of one star reviews. They're hopeless.

Hire another pharmacist and remedy window phone/speaker deficiencies. People using phone at window cannot hear clearly .. or train them to write down name and birth date before keyboarding info. They are nice people and don't deserve taking ire directed at owner/you. There is a reason this CVS gets bad reviews, they are egregiously under staffed. The owner won't employ two pharmacists during the day and one working alone is next to impossible. Waiting times are increasing as local population grows. Window staff is always changing because they bare brunt of customer's frustrations. Long lines at window because of lengthy process ... "name... XXXX how do you spell that... XXXXhow do you spell that again? XXXXSorry, nothing's coming up. Birth date... XX/XX/XXXXspelling is different in system.. how do you spell it again? "They don't fix their own spelling errors. You can call and speak with pharmacist.. they fix it.., Go back and next time.. "how do you spell the name Use birthday it's fasterXX/XX/XXXXWhat is that again ?No, you inverted numbers. XX/XX/XXXXNo, can't find it. How do you spell the name?

Love this pharmacy. Very welcoming environment and a convenient drive thru for pick up. I've been here for every need including all vaccinations and prescriptions. One day I had a helpful conversation with Lizzie at the concierge and since then I'm here for cosmetics, Covid test kits. Their minute clinic is a great concept as well.

I've had awful experiences with this particular branch in the past, so I stopped going. That was a few years ago, and I decided to give them another chance. I figured they MUST have gotten their act together over the years. Shame on me for getting fooled twice!Ordered a script more than a week in advance and called them multiple times to make sure everything was going through ok knowing their history for screw-ups. They assured me they were working on it and to just keep checking back. This continued for days and days. Finally on the last day when I'm nearly out of my prescription, I call to get the story and the person tells me that it was entered incorrectly, that I would have to pay full market value, and that they're uncertain whether it will arrive the day I need it (also the day my current fill runs out). Now I'm searching for pharmacies across the state of NJ to find somebody who has a supply, and I got no contrition on their part. Please please please, if you have to fill scripts, stay the hell away from this pharmacy. From other reviews, things have not changed much, and I don't think they ever will as management doesn't seem to have it in their priorities.
