I’m not sure why there are people can give a 3 to 4 stars for this dealership. They are definitely a scammer. I bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica, 3 days later the car wouldn’t start. I called them up and explain what’s had happen, they told me you paid as is, can’t do anything about it. Not only that, they don’t even offer a service repair. I end up going to three different mechanic, and Chrysler dealership service, and all of them says the car cannot repair. Starter keeps burning. I spent about $2000 and can’t even start the car.
Please, stop going to this dealership. They are scammers.

This place is a pure scam. Please if you have ANY sense you will read the other reviews because we are all in the same boat. They sell you a car, tell you everything is fine. then when you actually go to a mechanic they tell you exactly what kind of car you have... A LEMON!!! They will not assist you in anyway, they are rude and egotistical. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! especially not the rude heavy-set guy in the corner.. you will hear the same lines.. "I've been doing this for 35 years, not 35 seconds.." and they talk around in circles and not actually help you with anything. terrible place of business!

Please don't go here these people are giving two different car faxes that says two different things one said the car has 98000 miles no accidents the "carfax" says there's a accident and 83000 miles I tried to explain to the two cocks that helped me the continued to be rude and make it see like the two faxes didn't catch up to one another, moral of the story please do your deepest research when dealing with these people they will take your money and have you thinking your wrong when you know what you've read

Almost gave them 3 stars but that’s too high so a 2.8 out of 5 is fair.
The guys are not outwardly Aholes and their energy is good! However, The finance manager is ok, the rest of staff is over confident (to keep it respectful) and the interior cleaning of the cars is superficial. The laborer that cleans the cars was bragging about the job that he did, and there’s prob still Dog Hair in the Trunk section of my after purchase detailed “new”used car (which can be understandable when u buy a Used vehicle As-Is but to Brag about wiping armor all on 2 seats is Next Level cognitive brain functioning)
The guy at the first desk thinks all of the cars have new tires (i’m not sure if he know that All SUV’s are supposed to have 4 of THE SAME EXACT TIRES) he’s delusional, confusingly arrogant about the USED cars capabilities and he’s self proclaimed enlightened but he offers free coffee and Tea so that makes everything better. I can say some negative things about the other guy that hates the gym but disrespect is a sign of a personal problem so i give u my honest description using adjectives of choice based on my experience.
There’s more… but should u still decide to go there , you’ll see for yourself!
The follow through after you purchase a vehicle is also low end… There names are Patrick , Alex & Elvis respectively so this isn’t a fake post because it might be Unfavorable to the internet manager of the business reviewing this Review. Good service begets good ratings.
This is MY REVIEW based on my actual shopping and Purchasing experience. you can get a car from there and not have the worst experience of your life (maybe) but you CAN DEFINITELY find a much better , more professional and knowledgeable car dealer.
