Well, every time I go it's only to get gas, I only went twice to shop inside and well, they weren't so “kind” that customer service is a complicated task because there are people with a very high “diva” ego. and others don't... you also have to understand the guys who work there stand still
But Bruno, anyway, the two times I went in I even ran into the manager who was “normal” neither friendly nor rude.
But I can see that the guys outside are more cordial.

Large African American woman cashier intimidated me, abused me, hurried me out of the store, was verbally nasty to me, was prejudice against me, I thought she would attack me or hit me...if I could I would sue them. I'm crippled and walk with a cane need new hip torn meniscus both knees edema both feet and legs. It was Wed July 17th at 6:50 pm. This woman should be fired immediately.

I normally come to this location early in the morning and always give respect to anyone I encounter but today there was a woman making the food who was very rude. If you’re having a bad day just take some time for yourself and step away from what you’re doing. It’s very unfortunate that this woman’s exhibited this unprofessional behavior.

Ok. Ya don’t wanna work? Then don’t. Callout. Don’t clock in. Stay the F home. How do you F up a salad. Look at this. Not only did I get this with no bag, for the first time, but the way the girl gave it to me… She really called my number and slid it across the counter like we were in an 1800’s Saloon. Let someone who actually gives a F work the food corral. I’m disappointed because I love Wawa. She put so many pumps of Cesar’s dressing I wasnt sure there was any chicken salad underneath it. I’m not saying don’t come here but I am saying feel the vibe. Look at their faces. I’m not saying make you’re they’re smiling like the pictures in the website because that’s false but if they’re making a face like they just smelt the worst fart in their lives…. You’re better off buying something pre packaged. Smh. Damn it! I loved it here. So close to my house too.

I used the propane tank kiosk on the property. The machine took my empty tank, charged me for a refill then did nothing. When I complained to the wawa manager they said they have nothing to do with that kiosk which they allow on their property and make $$ off. I called the company who owns the kiosk, spent 25 mins on the phone to no avail. I was told I had to call back, repeat my story and hope there was an empty tank in the machine that they will somehow allow me to retrieve. They means I have to call them 2x and repeat my story 2x. I will never patronize another wawa or Amerigas again!

Okay, so I went to Wawa last night. And I got a sub chips soup and a drink. My total came to $33. I didn't have time to check my receipt so I checked it today. I realize I was charged for three bags of chips when I should have only been charged for one. I got on my computer and I contacted Wawa through email. less than one hour later I got a response saying that my money was refunded to my gift card. So I checked my gift card and it was there. Wawa has the best customer service I have ever experienced from any store I have ever been at. The people who work there are so friendly and nice I just love going to that store.
Vegetarian options: Pretty much, whatever you want
