I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she went and did what she wanted to do she put white acrylic. I asked for French tip horrible I shouldn’t even have to pay for what I DIDNT ASK FOR NEVER AGAIN! She cut my nails down short when I didn’t even ask either

Manicure and pedicure. Good however, when they are busy you get a rush job, Owner seems to focus on making money more than customer satisfaction. Need to be cleaned especially the pedicure tubs

Only brows sometimes. I have been going there since I was 16 I'm 37 now. It's cleaner now as of late March early April 2023. VAN is still wild busy but hey you get what you wait for. Cho was still the nail tech ever. But go there only if tou have the time you may be waiting

I love vans nails and hair. But I am sick and tired of how unreliable they are. I bought my daughter's $300 worth of gift certificates for Christmas. We arrived to the salon three days after Christmas just for them to be closed. Their reasoning was because they "have something else to do." And I quote. My friends also went to vans a week before Christmas. And they were closed that day as-well. If you value your time, patience, and money. DO NOT come here! (Also they take no appointments. ONLY WALK-INS!!!)
