Guy who runs the store does not know what he is doing. Wanted to charge me $40 or $60 to mail a cd in a bubble mailer. He could barely type and charged a lady $2 for tape to shut her package. Ridiculous! LEARN TO DO YOUR JOB!

The employees are very friendly, they welcome you with a smile and greetings. If the store is very busy they keep telling you thank you for waiting and I will be with you in a moment. My favorite employee is Amin.

Best customer service ever!!! I actually think this is the best UPS store on the planet; it's the only one I go to now. They ALWAYS greet you when you walk in the door and wish you a good day when you leave. They explain in detail the processes that you're unclear about. They tell you about the various special offers that UPS are running during your visit. I personally think they are a great team and I HIGHLY recommend this location.
