The attendant at this store is a joke, rude. I handed him the package, and he said he would pack it later. Took my order to the back, and that was it. What do you mean, I have to trust him, why? He would have to pack and seal my order in front of me. Another thing is the opening hours, on the website it says 8:30 but it only opens at 9.

That location seems good to me since I did not have a Serca location to be able to send orders or return an item. It seems fine to me.

Manager of the store is very rude and disrespectful to customers! I paid for my package for my company to be picked up from this location and when I arrived it hadn’t been dropped off yet. She then proceeds to say I need to show proof I “work” for the company. I am the owner of the company and said no problem and proceeded to tell her I had my ID, bank card, and business cards (ALL ACCEPTED BY UPS, FEDEX, and USPS). Her belligerent self goes to say I need to show proof of my EIN! Huh? I have been picking up packages for my businesses for years and no one has asked me of this! We proceeded to get into a verbal disagreement because she made a comment “she’s going to get loud with me” LOL LADY YOU HAVE MET YOU MATCH TODAY!! I have called corporate and they advised she SHOULD NOT BE ASKING FOR THAT INFORMATION IF MY NAME IS ALSO ON THE PACKAGE! Will be filing a formal complaint also, this is not the first time she has been rude like this. Go to the UPS store in Scotch Plains on Route 22! Save your time! They are so much more customer friendly there!

Store hours says that they open at 8:30am. Wasted money to take an Uber here. Waited until 9am and still no one arrived to open the store. Unbelievable! Change the hours on the Google platform so that customers can know when to arrive for services. Not standing up to the UPS brand. Who is going to refund me for my Uber ride there and back home? Every dollar counts in this economy. This location clearly does not care about its customers.

The young lady who notorized my documents today was amazing. She was patient and courteous and was so helpful. Very convenient location. Will definitely recommend this place and the customer service.

Good and fast service.If you are missing something to send your package, they have in store printing or bags or just a pen to sign.They answer the phone quickly and they can help you in Spanish too.

Everytime I go there to ship (I’ve been coming here for 3 years) there’s a super nice man with glasses named Manny. He is always super kind to me and ships my packages quickly. We even had a small conversation about what I was shipping. He’s a good guy. Appreciate you Manny. - Steven Brown

The customer service is fabulous at this store and everyone is so friendly. This store is much closer to my house and the experience so much better than the other two stores I used to use. Best UPS store EVER!

Honestly best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS! I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly but Amin (Ameen) was incredibly patient, kind and fast. She assisted me with sending back my package while helping a multitude of other customers all on her own! Wonderful employee!!
