We were in the market for a new refrigerator. After looking at the major box stores (e.g. HomeDepot, Lowes, PC Richards, etc.) for several months I managed to locate SeeMore Appliance Center in Metuchen. The sales representative I worked with was Rob Marciano and after just one meeting with him we couldn't help but clearly see his honesty, quick responses and experience. In sum, it wasn't just the great price for the product we purchased, but Rob's handling of our transaction, his knowledge and experience in the various products and most of all, the after-purchase support we will need from SeeMore convinced us to do business with them. If you are in the market for a new appliance, certainly give SeeMore a chance to help you and try to ask for Rob to give you great service. Larry C

Roseann is always a pleasure to deal with. We have purchased from this location several times and we have never had any trouble. They have very competitive pricing and offer extended warranty on your purchase. The delivery service is always quick and easy. They also offer to haul-away your old appliance if needed. Spoke with sales rep Jon Perez over the phone and he was able to beat both big box store prices including installation, parts needed to connect, and 2 day delivery. Jon went above and beyond with the purchase of my appliances. Highly recommended.

I have always been a proponent of dealing with local companies and avoiding the big box stores. We went to SeeMore and purchased a stackable Electrolux washer & dryer in late Nov and received delivery in Dec. The first 60 days or so were fine. Then the problems started.... After about 2 months, the dryer stopped working. The drum assembly had to be replaced. That took several weeks from beginning to end. Now, just into the 5th month since delivery, the washing machine is down. Electrolux has sent 2 differnet service companies that diagnosed the problem as a cracked outer drum but both refused to fix it. It is too big a job and the washer should be replaced. Electrolux sent a 3rd company that was scheduled to fix the washer, but only showed up only prepared to diagnose the problem. Again, for the 3rd time. The washer has been down now for 4 weeks and we are looking at another 3 weeks for just the parts before it can even get scheduled for a teardown/rebuild with a new drum. Since the very first signs of an issue, we conacted SeeMore. Their only response was to give us Electrolux's service number, along with some local service companies numbers, and pointed us to the door. They wanted NOTHING to do with helping us get the problems fixed. We are on our own, and you will be too if/when anything goes wrong. Our friends bought a different brand washer & dryer at HD around the same time. They had problems with their units within the first couple months. HD took the washer & dryer back and gave them a full refund.

No way to schedule a delivery convenient for us. The delivery time window 3 hours and they showed up 45 minutes late. Seemores claimed they had no direct relationship with the delivery service. The truck and the employees shirts had their logoEven Fios gives up appointments which they honor NO Saturday deliveryOh yes we paid $100 for their 1990's service

Sold us a faulty fridge that makes a high pitched noise all the time! They would not take it back and have stopped returning our calls. I wish I could give them a negative review!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

We needed a new DRIER, ordered included a promise delivery on a day when someone was home...The window unlike other companies Monday thru Friday only, with a 3-4 hour window. The delivery truck & staff had SEEMORE logo's. When I call 645 friday the gentleman from SEEMORES told me this was an independent company delivery company--& they do not deliver on Saturdays. The Machine showed up at 645 PM-- Not a pleasant experience--If you work full time consider purchasing from a store who provides delivery, the modern way 7 days a week with 1 hour window PS they charged us $100 for this "SERVICE"

SeeMore is the best. They made me feel like a valued customer many times. They are always going out of their way to help me find the right appliances. I had problems finding air conditioners for my hair salon that would not require carpentry. They found air conditioners to fit right in the old sleeves. Before I called them years ago I called every appliance store and was told thy did not make that size. They got them for me and they were very reasonably priced. I needed a new one a couple years ago to replace another old one and they found a match again! I have been dealing with SeeMore ever since. My kitchen has all new appliances and they were great in assisting me in picking the right ones. Mark in Metchen, and Sal and Victor in Plainfield are all wonderful!

Do yourself a favor and go to this appliance store instead of a Best Buy or Home Depot. Sal knew exactly what my old refrigerator was in terms of specs - countertop high, etc. (even though it was 20 years old) without even looking it up. He was able to find me a reasonably priced replacement in just a minute or two. The price was great. I was not looking forward to the dreaded refrigeration replacement search day, which turned into a quick stop on the way home from work. State tax is half for towns in Plainfield and we get to support local businesses.

All I can say is that in Fifteen years whether it was the Store in Union or Watchung, NJ, they truly are a Conscious driven Retailer. I would probably never found out if it weren't for a warranty from the previous home owners, that was two months pass it's five year date, on a microwave oven that we brought to them and replaced, installed, with no attempt to up-sell, 15yrs ago. I think It might have cost us under $30.00 for everything. They had to mount it into the slot above the oven. I have been back there at least five times since, most recently for a replacement washer, and I needed a new water line to the fridge, THEY NEVER FAIL you, if you have a problem with them, YOU are not a please able client and should go to American Freight where you will be a VALID victim. I made the mistake of not driving 5 miles about 4 years ago, and bought Fridge from American Freight and it failed (almost on the two year anniversary), they sent a repairman once, and ignored the rest of my calls. it was two loads of groceries that went to waste, in the middle of covid, not a single person could be reached after the first service call, responded to a bad review. SERVED ME RIGHT. PC Richard and Son in Watchung, Chris was our salesman who took care of us. The price really is as usual the price with no attempts to up-sell. DELIVERY is always by their own installers who are worthy of every bit of praise as the sales force. I should have submitted these reviews years ago, So if anyone of importance is reading this from the company, please go and compliment Chris (and Michael was there when I went back to buy), The installation teams, They are a REAL conveyance of your Values, EVERY purchase over the years.... AND don't sell out to a j*** off company for another 30yrs,

I've had the most atrocious service from this company - I would never recommend. My husband and I purchased a washer/dryer and asked if they would be willing to hold them for us until we moved into our new home (about 3 weeks). They were happy to do so but days before our delivery date, they said they wouldn't have the product in time and asked if we could move the delivery day to the following week. No problem- we agreed to have the items delivered the following week. The day of THAT delivery, we call the store (because we never seem to get any kind of confirmation calls from this company)and were told "Yes we are coming today between 3-6". All seems well but 5:45 rolls around and we still haven't heard a peep. We call the store again to double check and were told "Yup - they're on their way!". But lo and behold they never showed up that day. We called the next morning, obviously annoyed, and the representative tells us "Oops, our delivery guys had the wrong date - but they'll be there today!". The delivery team did finally show up and install our appliances that time but wouldn't you know... the dryer was defective the second the installation team turned it on! Now it needs to be exchanged. "We will exchange it Monday!" Well, today is Monday and of course we call the store - because again, nobody from this store calls you to give any kind of confirmation about anything - and the representative tells us "Oh yea the delivery guy is out right now ....oh wait actually he said he's not in your area today so it will have to be tomorrow instead." So here we are wasting a fourth weekday on this company who's product we haven't even gotten through our door in one piece. I can only imagine what it's like to have to deal with them for service calls or anything else. 0/10 would not recommend - just go through a big box store like Costco which is what we wanted to do originally but thought we were doing the right thing by supporting a local business. We learned our lesson.
