Called at 5:20pm explained to the representative that I was looking to find out which documents I needed to open a business bank account .She forwarded me to voice banking instead of a representative in the branch .I spoke with the 1800 number and they suggested I speak with someone at the branch ,so this did nothing for me .I then called back and she answered again and not even say hello just immediately put me on hold ,called back several more times and they continued to pick the phone up and put it on hold .Then forward the calls to voice prompts ..Super lazy and unprofessional.What did I expect ..This shouldn’t be tolerated ,you close at 6pm and I just had a quick two questions .Needless to say won’t be going to this branch .Do better

This bank never has cash at all times it is rare that you arrive at one of the ATMs and find cash!
In my opinion, should they put money every day in all the ATMs, if there is a need for workers who hire more people so as not to waste more time at the ATMs?

I'm pleased to write this review , i walked into the west front st location after leaving dissapointed with my former bank chase . I wanted to look around banks in my area and see which one was the best fit for me and although it was super busy in the lobby and there were only 3 people working this young lady named Vicky Parada came out of her office and acknowledged me , made me feel very welcomed and even was sweet enough to offer me a seat and a cold bottle of water which this weather was to call for . i didn't get to speak with her but another banker informed me of what i needed to open an account with them , i leave very happy with the treatment i got as soon as i walked in the door . Young lady vicky was respectful and made me feel important , Alenny was also very informative . I can't wait to become part of their customers.

Customer service is the worse in this branch. Ive called so many times to get in contact with one of the branch member "Jessica" ive left messages with team members and waited for a call back and NOTHING. Especially with a matter that was an emergency for me and my mother. Either she's "training" , "with a customer" "left for the day" it's a whole mess of excuses. I dont recommend this branch at all, my family should have just dealt with th branch in Greenbrook NJ. Friendly & respectful employees.

waste of time . dont know how to read a sign in sheet and follow it . dont make sense . the other location was set up better and actually knew how to attend people when walked in . the wait is unbelievable, definitely waste of time

Terrible service i come in everyday to deposit for the business .. when i used to go to the old location it was a fast and easy service in and out within 5 minuets . Now im here everyday for at least 30 minuets . And they dont care that people have to wait so long and they prefer to be understaff and rather send you to another branch

Very nice bank on the inside. Modern looking office. My banker was really cool too. The whole time we were there people were giving the employees an attitude and they still stayed professional. Tough area to work in. (my neighborhood, I'm not an outsider lol)
