Rats. My mom’s mini van has been sitting here for over a year now and they put a junk motor in it the car ended up coming back here and they haven’t touched it since a year now. Don’t bother coming here waste of money and time.

Patricia and staff are great, all these people complaining about customer service, should know that these guys are always busy because they are honest and straight forward, they do all the work in a humanely possible way, if you want to go to a mechanic and feel like in a spa go to your dealership and pay the extra $$$$$.

I had set up in appointment , I walk in to the door , and only two people inside the shop didn't even ask a question .
No one at the office .

I had requested the mechanic in the last bay to install O2 sensors. Went several times to confirm when I was bringing car in. On Sat when I bought arrived he asked me if I had the parts I said I'll be back in 5 mins. He gave me his phone# and said call in a couple of hours "I got you". I called back in 2hrs he said I will call in a hr. No call I texted 2 hrs later no reply back. I work weekends and had took off that day specifically to get car fixed. Went some place else had car done 1hr same day. If you cant do something or dont want to I have no problem with that, It's just a shame to waste someones time without being upfront.
